What is a double wrist cuff/strap for? From his stuff I wasn’t sure if he was a trucker or a hipster/lumbersexual, but from his picture it is clear that he is not the latter.

WTF?! – I didn’t bother to click on the watch, or pen – you’re right I wasn’t paying attention at all. A $500 pen and a $12,750 1 of 25 designer Rolex? Do those match with a truckers wallet on a big ugly chain and a ‘double wrist strap’? The army must pay it’s mad fashionistas well.
