God, just reading about Jamaica’s efforts to deal with armed violence is disgusting. A separate court for gun offenses, which can, at its option, conduct in camera, no jury trials! Registration, expensive licenses, the whole bit.
And Jamaica is even more violent than ever. Just give everyone guns, the crooks will thin out pretty quick.
