Press release from the NRA:

LT. COLONEL OLIVER NORTH POISED TO BECOME NRA PRESIDENT

“Most exciting news for NRA members since Charlton Heston Became President of Our Association,” Wayne LaPierre said.

DALLAS – Lt. Colonel Oliver North, USMC (Ret.) will become President of the National Rifle Association of America within a few weeks, a process the NRA Board of Directors initiated this morning.

“This is the most exciting news for our members since Charlton Heston became President of our Association,” said NRA Executive Vice President and CEO Wayne LaPierre.  “Oliver North is a legendary warrior for American freedom, a gifted communicator and skilled leader.  In these times, I can think of no one better suited to serve as our President.”

North said he was eager to take on this new role as soon as his business affairs were put in order.  North is retiring from Fox News, effective immediately.  “I am honored to have been selected by the NRA Board to soon serve as this great organization’s President,” North said.  “I appreciate the board initiating a process that affords me a few weeks to set my affairs in order, and I am eager to hit the ground running as the new NRA President.”

The NRA Board acted quickly to begin the process for North to become President, after former NRA President Pete Brownell announced this morning that, in order to devote his full time and energy to his family business, he had decided not to seek election to a second term.  In his letter to the Board, Brownell wholeheartedly endorsed North for President.

“Discussing this with Wayne LaPierre,” Brownell said in the letter, “he suggested we reach out to a warrior amongst our board members, Lt. Colonel Oliver North, to succeed me.  Wayne and I feel that in these extraordinary times, a leader with his history as a communicator and resolute defender of the Second Amendment is precisely what the NRA needs.  After consulting with NRA-ILA Executive Director Chris Cox, First Vice President Childress and Second Vice President Meadows, I can report there is extraordinary support for Lt. Colonel North.”

“Pete has served the NRA with great courage and distinction,” LaPierre said.  “I am grateful that he joined me in enthusiastically recommending Oliver North to the Board of Directors.”

After the announcement, NRA First Vice President Richard Childress informed the board that he had multiple commitments in the next several weeks and was unable to be immediately available to serve as interim President.  The Board then selected Second Vice President Carolyn Meadows to serve as its interim President.  Meadows will step aside in a few weeks, when Lt. Colonel North is prepared to take on his new role as NRA President.

LaPierre congratulated the NRA Board for its action.  “The board acted quickly and with great vision,” LaPierre said.  “Oliver North is, hands down, the absolute best choice to lead our NRA Board, to fully engage with our members, and to unflinchingly stand and fight for the great freedoms he has defended his entire life.”

“Oliver North is a true hero and warrior for freedom,” LaPierre said, “and NRA members are proud to stand with him.”

      • Nothing like more endless bad press and controversy to cloud the issues and prove the liberals right.

Can’t the NRA do anything right? So much for gun rights with colossal distractions deliberately inflicted on NRA members.

        F it.

        • Armpit, I’d say your more of an asspit. The libtards will never like anyone associated with the NRA. So I don’t give a rats ass how you feel about his pick.
As for the rest of you complaining noise makers nothing you wrote was true or even remotely on point. The CIA was and probably still is in the drug business since the 1960’s. Col. Notth had nothing to do with it. He tried to warn us about Osama bin Laden only to have the terrorist loving Demonrats punish him.
So you non member non hacking doucherats STHU. No one is interested in your bitching.

        • Ollie never mentioned Osama bin Laden, in fact, bin Laden was one of the US allies at the time in Afghanistan.

The terrorist North mentioned in his testimony was not Osama bin Laden, however. To the extent that bin Laden was known to the western world in 1987, it was not as a “terrorist” but as one of the U.S.-backed “freedom fighters” participating in the war against the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan. Osama bin Laden’s hatred of the U.S. and conversion to “terrorist” status is not believed to have come about until the Gulf War of 1990-91, when he was outspokenly critical of Saudi Arabian dependence upon the U.S. military and denounced U.S. support of a “corrupt, materialist, and irreligious” Saudi monarchy. (The Saudi Arabian government stripped bin Laden of his citizenship in 1994 for his funding of militant fundamentalist Islamic groups.)

Oliver North did not testify about or mention the name Osama bin Laden during the Iran-Contra hearings. He claimed that threats against his life had been made by terrorist Abu Nidal.

    • The President of the NRA = Shemp from the three stooges or the Referee in a professional wrestling match.

They aren’t really necessary, but it’s just not the same without them.

  1. Outstanding indeed. My first choice would have been R. Lee Ermey, but he’s unavailable at the moment.

  2. Didn’t he cover for that piece of shit Reagan when he committed what is, essentially, high treason?

      • Some an-caps are still buthurt that one of the greatest presidents in US history broke a few rules fighting communism.

        • Oh look, it’s the representative for the Somalian board of trade and medicine…

Don’t you have a witch doctor session you should be attending?

        • How’s that ’86 GCA working for you? Or the foundational start of gun control in Cali? One of the greatest presidents indeed. Absolutely insane that most of you still fellate Reagan’s corpse. North has less than none of my confidence.

        • You mean the amendment that was illegally snuck into the 1986 act as a poison pill?

Did you forget all the protections we picked up in that act?

        • The “protections” that are completely ignored by state and local fascists and the ATF, FBI, and NSA?

        • @pserge, guess being the forum commie you should feel more more comfortable accepting your identity?

    • Nice try, troll. Check your history on who was supporting the wrong side. Try to get your history from other than CNN. No, he was not convicted of anything at all.

        —————————-quote

Not true he was indeed convicted but because he had corrupt connections to high placed swap rats that love to suck military dicks and he was some years later pardoned. You know just like when Tricky Dick was pardoned by Ford when the bastard should have been hanged for treason that got 40 thousand Americans killed unnecessarily as well as several million Vietnamese civilians because he sabotaged Johnson’s peace plan before he was elected President. But that’s another sordid story on how when you are high on the totem pole you can commit treason and get away with it.
        https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/oliver-north-key-figure-iran-contra-scandal-become-nra-president-n872041

Yep that is just what we needed another liar like Trump associated with the NRA and now leading the NRA. Once a liar always one and anything we hear from him in the future will bound to be a lie. But the military dick suckers will say ” who cares if he lies” he is one of us and we all lie too and we love the taste of his cock.

        • North was never “pardoned”. He was exonerated in federal court. Proves an idiot such as yourself has no clue what they’re talking about. Why don’t you go back to your fake claims of astonishingly amazing 9mm performance piercing a helmet at 125 yards at your democrat only gun club that you’ve been a member at since 1492 or whatever.

      • To Constipated wanabe Army

This is too easy. I don’t have to make a fool of you as you do it to yourself. Obviously reading is not your forte but you idiot try reading ” The Ingles Diamond” its a history of the Canadian High Power Military Pistol. I think the author was more qualified to make that 125 yard statement than an ignorant hill jack like you. Never the less you do give us all a good laugh every time you run off at the mouth. Try reading something besides porn when your sitting in the out house next time.

    • Iran-Contra really isn’t even that big of an affair compared to Shit the government has done this century. So the Reagan administration armed some vicious anti communist rebels. Big deal. The Obama administration propagated two overthrows in Lybia and Syria, freely arming the opposition and destabilizing the entire region, leading to the rise of ISIS, and a new Iranian hegemony in region. The Iraq war, for as foolhardy as it may have been, had been won, yes, WON, by the US, by 2011. Yet because of the Obama administration would then continue, until roughly a few months ago when Daesh was finally driven from Iraq. The Obama administration also conducted illegal arms deals with Mexican Cartels, and laughed at Russian aggression which eventually lead to Cold War 2.

    • You mean the Iran-Contra scandal. Money for the Contras through the sale of arms to Iran by the CIA, Hawk anti-aircraft and TOW missiles, in the the early to mid 1980’s. Under the Boland Amendment, funding of the Contras by the government had been prohibited by Congress and an arms embargo was in effect with Iran. It was illegal both ways for Iran and Contra operations and he went to jail over it as the fall guy for it, but President Bush pardoned him and others in his final days in office.

      • Made a mistake looking at all the individuals involved and other information.

Oliver North was convicted in the Iran–Contra affair of the late 1980’s, but his convictions were vacated and reversed, and all charges against him dismissed in 1991.

North was tried in 1988. He was indicted on 16 felony counts, and on May 4, 1989, he was initially convicted of three: accepting an illegal gratuity, aiding and abetting in the obstruction of a congressional inquiry, and ordering the destruction of documents through his secretary, Fawn Hall. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Gerhard Gesell on July 5, 1989 to a three-year suspended prison term, two years probation, $150,000 in fines, and 1,200 hours of community service. North performed some of his community service within Potomac Gardens, a public housing project in southeast Washington, D.C. However, on July 20, 1990, with the help of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), North’s convictions were vacated, after the appeals court found that witnesses in his trial might have been impermissibly affected by his immunized congressional testimony.

As North had been granted limited immunity for his congressional testimony, the law prohibited a prosecutor from using that testimony as part of a criminal case against him. To prepare for the expected defense challenge that North’s testimony had been used, the prosecution team had—before North’s congressional testimony had been given—listed and isolated all of its evidence. Further, the individual members of the prosecution team had isolated themselves from news reports and discussion of North’s testimony. While the defense could show no specific instance in which North’s congressional testimony was used in his trial, the Court of Appeals ruled that the trial judge had made an insufficient examination of the issue. Consequently, North’s convictions were reversed. After further hearings on the immunity issue, Judge Gesell dismissed all charges against North on September 16, 1991.

        • Oliver North is a man of character and took the fall for his boss Ronald Reagan because he thought it was his duty. Why any of you on thus site, supposed 2A supporters would disparage this man I cannot fathom. POTG are supposed to smarter than regashing 30 year old progressive propaganda. The Iran-Contra bs was the Russian collusion of the time. Democrats never change.

  3. Cool. But just how many presidents and Vice Presidents does the NRA have? Reading that article seemed like there was several of each. Being that LaPierre is CEO I’m guessing he has the most authority?

    • Pretty much a Figurehead position – which is why they love having celebrities to be Face of the NRA… he won’t have much real power but that’s okay, still a good choice.

  4. As a life member, I demand to know immediately, North’s positions on MSR ownership, the repeal of the NFA, “high capacity” mags, suppressor deregulation and National Reciprocity. These are the current issues that matter to me. I don’t care at all how FUDDS feel…..about anything. Their time has passed. North better not be one of them.

    • It really doesn’t matter what North thinks or says. My observation is that LaPierre run NRA; president is a figurehead position (for what purpose truly escapes me). Except for Heston, and now “Ollie”, has the public ever known who the president of NRA was? Maybe the position of “President” is just there to sign contracts so the real leaders can escape personal responsibility/liability for NRA actions.

    • Kraut failed to be elected by 70 votes despite a huge campaign effort and overwhelming popularity over the winner (who received 1/8 as many votes last time, whereas Adam earned about the same 400). Oddly, the third place guy got just 100 votes this time but just as many as this year’s victor last year, beating Kraut by 60 votes. Highly suspicious.

The winner is a big CPAC Republican Party guy, same as North, same as a steadily increasing segment of the NRA contingent.

NRA pretty obviously fixed the election. That’s the story TTAG should be covering, but somehow I doubt the “outdoor advertising” company that now owns it wants to make waves with a customer.

    • Me too buddy. Some younger blood would have been a far better choice. I don’t really even care about ollies baggage but he’s simply a douche from what I’ve seen. Hard pass from me. Time to double down on my GoA support.

  5. Can we move him over to CEO, and have Vlad Puti…i mean wayne Lapierre….go to the gulag archipel…..i mean retire?

    • 😂 you’re so daft you believe in the “NRA Russia collusion” conspiracy theory? You liberals make the Nazi hollow earth theorists look reasonable. Oh wait the Earth can’t be hollow, because it’s flat right?

    • Oh please, Iran-Contra was a perfectly acceptable way to fund the Contras. They were doing good work and we should be proud that we helped them.

      • It was OK to arm the Iranians after the revolution, you know, the one where they captured the embassy staff? Where we were backing the Iraqis in the war against Iran, at the time this happened.

The Iranians were the bad guys, actively fighting us, and selling arms to them to fund a dubious effort in Central America was absolutely wrong headed.

        • Any excuse to defend your position, do you have no actual principles? Selling weapons to our literal mortal enemies, cool if by an off chance some they kill more other bad guys than they kill our guys, that’s fine.

      • Also perfectly illegal. Just like Hillary selling missiles to the Libyans to fund Syrian rebels.

Like, literally identical, down to the profiteering and drug money fueling the deals

        • Except that one was in direct national security interests and not carried out by a rapist enabling socialist. Oh… and resulted in lots and lots of dead commies.

        • So arming up Iran, you know, for jihad, was in our strategic interest and a good thing, because in 1985 Iran was our friend; regime change against other jihadis was bad. But arming some guys in the jungles of Central America and then having those guys we were funding there, lose, was then good. OK, your “lojik” is top shelf.

        • You might want to check your history books. The government the Contras were fighting against fell.

As for Iran… in the 1980s, having Iran and Iraq duke it out was a win-win for us.

  6. Sharks jumping snakes on a plane. A total clown shoes move by N.R.A. — What is N.R.A. doing to hold back and REVERSE the power grabs and arbitrary rule making by B.A.T.F ?

North was up to his eyeballs in Iran- Contra and Operation ‘ Yellow Fruit ‘ trading arms for drugs. ( The first Fast & Furious ) To me , this choice proves N.R.A. actually is compromised at the top and has a long term Anti – Gun ” slow disarmament ” agenda. ( see U.S. State Dept. Publication # 7277. )

  7. Yawwwwn. All I heard was Chris Cox and Wayne LaPierre are retaining their offices. Nothing has changed with that once great organization.

    • Since you put it that way… I guess we do need someone with experience grinding down commies here in America.

        • There was very little “fight the commies” going on in Central America. Lots of fights between drug cartels, extracting US funds from the fight to bank accounts in the Cayman’s, murder squads between political rivals. None of it with any real impact on American interests, other than big banana.

        • Your point is we defeated the communists in Venezuela? Venezuela is the poster child for a failed policy.

        • “Venezuela is the poster child for a failed policy.”

          Yes, their own.

But connmunists/leftists/statists in the US are the brightest in the world, and can make it all work for the first time in history.

        • The point is that the Contras prevented Nicaragua from going the way of Venezuela. On a side note, given their proximity to the Panama Canal, a Soviet aligned Nicaragua would have been an unacceptable threat to US security.

        • The intervention in Venezuela by the US, to prevent communism, which worked spectacularly badly in Venezuela in fact. You’re saying it was in fact a success. If the point was to prevent communism, then no, it didn’t work, and Venezuela would then be the poster child for a failed policy.

Look at the history of the rest of the intervention in Central America, there were various levels of success, from zero, to very little.

        • No smart one… it worked in Nicaragua… that was my point. Venezuela is an example of what happens if the US DOESN’T support anti-communists.

        • You do realize that the Soviet Union failed in 1989, and had been failing for years. If the Sandanista’s won, which they actually did in 84 and in 92 in elections, and have split since, would have been the thing that saved the Soviet Empire. Kewl, Nicaragua was the key to freedom in the west.

        • The FSLN, Sandinista’s, ran the country from 79-90, before, during, and after the US left. Won again in the 90’s, won again in 2006, and currently have the presidency.

        • So now we should ignore the thing that you said, because its wrong, and look over there at that other thing we did, Vietnam, because that was a fantastic decision and a great example of the thing you think is a thing but isn’t. You sir, are not a smart man.

        • No intervention. Anywhere. Until the threat is on our shores, it isn’t a threat (“imminent”, remember?). Let the rest of the world kill itself off. But when the threat arrives here, determine the source and then impose the Carthaginian bargain.

        • Im pretty informed on the history of that time including the Punic war, etc. but never heard the term Carthaginian Bargain before, yet it still rings a bell of familiarity to me. Care to expound, please. Thx.

        • Carthage was a city state that constantly aggravated Rome (Hannibal of the elephants was a Carthaginian). Eventually, Rome had enough, invaded, killed everyone and everything in sight, tore down the buildings and salted the land so that nothing would grow there. Problem solved, permanently. As a result, there is no ambassador to the UN from Carthage (which is not just a small town built near the site of the original. The Carthaginian Bargain is why you have never seen any of their officials interviewed on CNN.

The bargain is this: screw with us, and you cease to exist, forever.

        • Yes, I knew the history. Thx. Just wasn’t sure how that phrase fit in. Did not know that Carthage is still suffering recriminations to this day. Very interesting. We should learn that lesson as a country and apply it, in perpetuity, to all those here that advocate for anti American positions, including socialism, communism, etc. We the People can attain this damning, comprehensive, irrefutable evidence overnight, too, just by simply seizing each state’s democrat voting rolls. Easy peasy. Then we can try and execute the men and “salt” the wombs of their women. Problem SOLVED!!!

        • Today, Carthage is a little town, near Tunis. (https://www.google.com/maps/place/Carthage,+Tunisia/@36.8592356,10.2962604,6z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x12e2b4b84424ce2d:0xc0bfd1ea9d9f92a3!8m2!3d36.8529199!4d10.3217245)

Have long advocated a similar solution to rid the planet of jihadis. Plan takes some time, and has the attraction of long-lasting pain. Taking a page from the concept of strategic targeting (railways, electric grid, fuel production, industry), note that every jihadi has/had a mother, the means of production (industry). Eliminate all the females, and jihadis die off. Keep eliminating the females until there are none to be found or imported.

A faster solution is to apply intense heat to sand, from which you get glass. As the SAS proclaim, “There is no problem that the proper placement of a sufficient amount of explosive will not solve.”

        • It is a perfect example of what happens when you let the commies win, the entire region goes red. Thanks DNC for not stepping up to honor our end of the Paris Accords.

… and yes, I occasionally get my third world hellholes mixed up, big deal.

    • Ahhh, Oliver North was not responsible for US intervention in Latin America. The NSC, and Ollie, weren’t even involved until 84, 4 years after the CIA started funding and training in Honduras.

    • What’s this about grinding cocaine for the US government?

Sells missiles to future enemies for drug money
      Said enemies are Iran-linked
Uses money to illegally fund foreign rebels fighting Communists*
Negotiating with foreign powers to undermine the will of the elected government, ie treason
Probably scoring some of the illicit grease for their trouble

You tell me; how’s he any different than Hillary?

*you do realize Hillary’s pet rebels were fighting Commie Kurds for the Turks, more than ISIS?

      • Except that Hillary IS a commie. Quite frankly, I don’t really care what Hillary did in Syria. I don’t really have a problem with the goat rapists killing each other.

As for North… I stopped caring when his actions resulted in dead commies. As far as I am concerned, dead commies cover a multitude of sins.

        • Liberal yes, communist no. It’s actually important to discourse for you actually know a bit about what you’re talking about. Just because you equate anyone that isn’t for lining up everyone even slightly to the left of you as Commie, you want to kill, as in deprive of live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Do you not see how your words continue to lose you arguments? You sound like a noodle head. I’d advise some thought on how, if anyone of us met you, what would we believe you to be, and would that make it more, or less likely for us to want to be common cause with you. At this point no, you nominally being on my team, hurts my team. So maybe you should review both what you think, and how you say what you think, because you are not helping your argument.

  8. While I’ve nothing against Ollie,he will enable Wayne,Chris,Ack Mac and that tired ole warrior Marion,of todays Negotiating Rights Away and there will be no righting of course, same ole, same ole.

  9. Like the new president matters. Prior to this article, most of you swing-dicks wouldn’t have known who the retiring president of the NRA is.

  10. Great, a guy who was involved with selling coke to fund off the books operations, and under the table weapons deals with the criminal jihadist Iranian government to fund and arm sanctioned rebel groups in Central America. Then he perjured himself in front of Congress. Progtards like to call the NRA a criminal organization, so making an actual criminal the NRA President is really stupid. Maybe it’s some 3D MAGA chess, but I’m pretty sure it’s just stupid.

  11. With all due respect to his service, I’d prefer someone more contemporary to current events and who could help attract a younger crowd (and younger/more energy?). That said, we DO need an uncompromising fighter leading the NRA.

    • “That said, we DO need an uncompromising fighter leading the NRA.”

NRA president does not lead the NRA. The NRA is run by the Executive Director, apparently a position superior to president of same. And indication LaPierre does not think Ollie poses a threat to LaPierre’s barony.

    • This is a PR post, but paid. Like Tom Selleck, Chuck Norris, or Ted Nugent, they occasionally speak about 2A issues, but are otherwise less than useful. Plus, Ollie’s kind of an idiot, the whole Iran Contra affair would have been unknown if he weren’t a moron.

  12. Not a big fan of the NRA. I joined the GOA. I like the fact that the GOA is zero compromise but at times it seems like they fear monger.

Will North be a good addition?

  13. Doesn’t his involvement in Iran-Contra pretty much make him a big time dopeman? A drug dealer? And isn’t he a prohibited person because of his felony convictions? Why would the NRA ever think it was a good idea to give him ANY official position?

    • Some one explained up stream that his convictions were over turned.

  14. So, along with the Lapiere/Cox faction we now have an ex-coke dealer who likes to arm radical muzzies and expect them to pass along the arms to their Central American cousins…who will now be helping the NRA give away our rights. Awesome.

  15. I’m confused, he worked at Fox News, did shady deals with Nicaragua, and now he’s going to be president of the NRA? This is what I’m getting from the comments section. Someone please clarify this for me, because I know I’m wrong.

    • He fought a covert war against a communist government in Nicaragua via unconventional means. (Much the same means as those used in Afghanistan at the time.) The fact that Nicaragua is not in the same state as Venezuela at the moment despite having much less in the way of natural resources is proof of the effectiveness of his tactics. On a side note, all charges against him were dismissed. As far as the law is concerned, he did nothing wrong.

      • Um, he fought nothing in Nicaragua, he funneled money from illegal arms sales to Iran, to the Contras based in Honduras. The fighting was done by the factions of the Samozo and Bermudez regime.

He lived, and worked, as an administrator within the NSC in Washington DC.

Ole Ollie has retconned his history so his story is like he’s James Bond, closer to Moneypenny.

      • “As far as the law is concerned, he did nothing wrong.”

According to Mr. Bumble, “The law is a ass – a idiot”.

I don’t care what the law “thinks”. Only a truly evil person hides behind a law that permits evil to happen without consequence. When a justice system permits bad acts to be considered legal it forfeits the right to call itself justice.

North should have died in jail, of old age. We can’t let the law get in the way of doing what is right. The people should rise up and tell the courts that “the law” doesn’t matter when bad people benefit. Sometimes the mob has to make things right, regardless of the law.

And so on and so forth, ad nauseam.

      • He illegally sold arms to a terrorist state, Iran, in order to illegally fund arms sales for a terrorist organization, the Contras. He lied about all of it to congress and destroyed evidence of his crimes.

Just what the NRA needs, an actual treasonous arms dealer to terrorists

        • The Contra’s aren’t the point, they’re not Americans. Ollie is the point, he’s an American, and selling arms to our enemies to fund arms for a friend, that’s the point.

Why are you always doing the “look over here” thing?

        • The point is that communism needs to be destroyed by any mean necessary. Any law, rule or regulation that stands in the way of killing commies is inherently immoral.

        • Where is the threat from Communism coming from? There’s a bit of Socialism out there, the society always has a bit of Socialism, community requires social contracts between citizens. Russia showed the failure of Communism, Cuba, Venezuela; Chinese Communism is a different thing, its more centralized mercantilism, but they’re not trying to export their political philosophy, they’re trying to buy influence with hard dollars, economically. Scandinavia is pretty far on the Social Capitalism scale, but they are wealthy, happy nations.

If a country can exist with good relations with its friends and allies, but be a good actor in the world and for their citizens, then I could care less about their political philosophy. All America should care about is “will this advance the interest of the United States”, and that’s why we allied with despots, we’ve sat back and watched genocide, made enemies of countries where we should have affinity, if getting involved didn’t serve a purpose in America’s interests. It should not be Americas job to enforce our political will on the world. As long as nations act honorably on the world stage, they should be free to run their country the way they deem appropriate.

When a country, or philosophy, makes that country cause friction when working with the rest of the world, then it may make it in our interest to become involved.

So all of this armchair warriors who’ve never served, talking about “Killing Commies” really do not help, it shows very little knowledge of reality, and ultimately hurts the pro 2A position. Plus, they do not know, nor have the experience, to talk about what its like to “kill”, so nonchalantly.

          It’s disheartening.

On Oliver North, this is a bad choice, for both him and the NRA; for him, he’ll have little actual power to do anything; for the NRA, it adds the skeletons that he has in his closet, that are known, which completely sidelines the actual message, to talk about North’s past.

  16. Waiting for The “Cold Dead Hands” speech with an short barrel AR15 with bump stock and suppressor.

    • With a Magpul D60 mag, a bayonet, a frikkin’ laser while wearing camo and anything else that’s makes the Libs wet their panties! And he should make a video and put his speech on NRA TV so he doesn’t have to wait for the next convention.

  17. Wow. I can hardly think of a worse choice to represent the interests of firearms rights and justice than an idiot complicit in the explicitly illegal sale of Hawk and TOW missiles to Iran. WTF is the NRA thinking and how are they possibly celebrating this as a win – absolutely irrevocably tone deaf…

    • I don’t respect any law passed by commies or Demokkkrats. He fought commies instead of “compromising” with them. #NorthDidNothingWrong

      • “I don’t respect any law passed by commies or Demokkkrats.”

Too bad nobody respects you or your bloviating B.S. Just get off of the 2A team. You are no friend to our cause.

        • He’s not alone. There are literally millions like him. What’s even more interesting is that you proscribed things to him, by implication, that he didn’t say. He didn’t say he would disregard those laws by breaking them. No prudent man would. There’s a substantial distinction between having no respect and disregarding something. And the 2A “team” is no longer what you or other FUDDS think it is. “It is no longer enough to be willing to fight and die to protect our rights, one must be willing to kill for them, too”. IST. Signed…an active and militant 3%er.

        • Go fuck yourself Dave. Scum like you would bend over and take it in the ass hoping that the NKVD come for you last. From where I sit, you’re little better than a commie mass murderer.

  18. So… NRA’s idea of ‘good’ PR is to hire a literally mass-murderous, literally jihadist TERRORISTS and commie TERRORISTS funding/arming, narc-running warcriminal govt terrorist monkeyshit motherfucker Oliver North, as face of the NRA?

Apprently geniuses run NRA’s PR dept.

Sure, after literally legislating every gun control law on the book, from GCA to instituting NICS, to urging 2A clueless/can-care-less Trump to unconstitutionally, unilaterally ban bumpfire stocks, now comes this PR-‘brilliance’ from the NRA.

    Bravo, FUDD mothercunters. Bra-fucking-vo.

Who needs Bloomfuckpansyberg, when you have the NRA??

    xD

  19. for gun-control d-suckers:

.if you don’t like guns, don’t own one
.if you don’t like white stuff, stop using toilet paper
.if you don’t like Constitutional-America, gtfo & stay out

    –a 10% poc & vietnam-era remf
