Soon to be former Ferguson PD Officer Darren Wilson (courtesy controversialtimes.com)

“According to multiple media sources, Darren Wilson, the Ferguson Police Officer at the center of the Michael Brown shooting is in the final stages of resigning from the Ferguson Police Department,” controversialtimes.com reports. “An announcement about his status may be made as early as Friday of this week.” Which makes perfect sense. Our sources tell us that the Grand Jury will no-bill Wilson on Friday, but release its decision on Sunday. Those who think that the resulting protests (and resulting clashes with police) will be localized to Ferguson or even St. Louis better think again. The website fergusonresponse.tumblr.com lists planned demos across the U.S., from Tuscon to Bangor, and beyond.

    • “everybody is caught up in hatred and fighting… You stop an old lady on the street and ask her if she wants peace, and she’ll say, yes, of course, I pray for it daily. All the things you’d expect her to say. Then ask her if she would be willing for her clan to share power with another in order to have that peace, and she’ll say, ‘With those murderers and thieves? I’d die first.’ People… don’t want peace. They want victory. They want power…”

Mark Bowden was talking about Somalia but I think it works here too. They don’t really want truth, peace or justice. They want to win something.

      • There are too many people who have a stake in this spiraling out of control into violence and chaos. Very few have a stake in accepting the outcome, peace prevailing and moving on. Certainly not the media or the most vocal covered by the media.

        Guess who wins.

        • First came the race hustlers to support the gangbangers because they are on the same team. Next came the Reason Crowd because they were on the police militarization kick at the time with Radley Balko’s book just coming out. Besides they look at the gangs and see the prototype anarcho-capitalist. Just legalize drugs and prostitution and they instantly become pillars of the community, get married and send their kids to Harvard. Had the little Asian guy killed Brown Reason would have still have said “because militarization.” The Law made them do it! Next came the communists and the occupy crowed because Michael Brown and his gangbangers compatriots represent the vanguard of the Revolution. Finally the Anarchists showed because of, well, anarchy. They see the gangs as a harbingers of chaos. It is a classic popular front where the Reason crowd sees a protest against police militarization, illegal drugs and the illegal sex trade, the Reds see the revolution and anarchists see chaos. Everybody sees what they want to see while the prime movers, the race hustlers and the gangs, get what they want — Gang control of Ferguson’s streets.

Slightly off topic. Rand Paul is dialoguing with Al Sharpton today instead of telling the black community that Sharpton stands with gangs that destroyed their neighborhood. Talk about A RINO.

  1. Can’t say I blame him. He will have a target on his back in the St. Louis area. Besides, would you want to “serve and protect” people who judged you by the color of your skin?

    • “Serve & Protect” ? You still buy that horsecrap ? They only serce to protect tyranny from those we call government.

One more pig without a badge. Good riddance.

        • Dan probably got a speeding ticket or got embarrassed by a cop in front of a girl so he’s going to pretend like he’s hardcore by fightin’ the man behind a keyboard.

        • Ooooooo, Dannie III is a tough-guy! All bow before the power that is Dannie III!

Seriously, if you’ve got a problem with particular cops, deal with it. But to imply we’d be better off if every LEO turned in his/her badge and left society to Darwin itself into chaos is just plain senseless. (Oh, and please don’t bother replying unless you’ve got a salient rebuttal. Save your ad hominem attacks for Politico, HuffPo, or any other Kabuki dance site)

        • Do you really think I want to wait for punks to terrorize my family, while the pigs spend time generating revenue for corrupt politicians.

I’ll take care of home intruders myself, with bang, bang, bang, and a large middle index finger held over their deceased bodies.

“Hey Dan can I call you when someone is beating kids or women & know you will come & cry & take pictures”. In keeping with your sheeple remark above, I’ll ask you a question or two: Why would you call me when someone is “beating kids or women” ? Why wouldn’t YOU intervene in this hypothetical, dastardly deed you describe above ? Why call me ? Maybe you could call Robert Farago….as he seems to love the badged thugs as much as you do. Maybe then you could get Farago to come running to do what you yourself in your hypothesis above, didn’t and wouldn’t have the manly courage to do yourself. Defend the “wimmin and chillren”. Eh, Michael ? Aaaahhh but I digress….read the citations below. Your beloved badged thugs have no responsibility to you, the “wimmin” or the “chillren”. They’re only responsibility is to the diktats of the state, the ruling elites and to their paycheck garnered at the barrel of a gun if you don’t pay your tribute, oops I mean taxes, to the behemoth you call “government”.

Read the below Michael. You MAY just learn something:

“It is well-settled fact of American law that the police have no legal duty to protect any individual citizen from crime, even if the citizen has received death threats and the police have negligently failed to provide protection.” See the below:

          Sources:

7/15/05 SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES No. 04-278 TOWN OF CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO, PETITIONER v. JESSICA GONZALES, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS NEXT BEST FRIEND OF HER DECEASED MINOR CHILDREN, REBECCA GONZALES, KATHERYN GONZALES, AND LESLIE GONZALES
On June 27, in the case of Castle Rock v. Gonzales, the Supreme Court found that Jessica Gonzales did not have a constitutional right to individual police protection even in the presence of a restraining order. Mrs. Gonzales’ husband with a track record of violence, stabbing Mrs. Gonzales to death, Mrs. Gonzales’ family could not get the Supreme Court to change their unanimous decision for one’s individual protection.

“…a government and its agencies are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any particular individual citizen…” -Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d 1 (D.C. App. 1981)

          (7) “What makes the City’s position particularly difficult to understand is that, in conformity to the dictates of the law, Linda did not carry any weapon for self-defense. Thus by a rather bitter irony she was required to rely for protection on the City of NY which now denies all responsibility to her.”
          Riss v. New York, 22 N.Y.2d 579,293 N.Y.S.2d 897, 240 N.E.2d 806 (1958).

          (8) “Law enforcement agencies and personnel have no duty to protect individuals from the criminal acts of others; instead their duty is to preserve the peace and arrest law breakers for the protection of the general public.”
          Lynch v. N.C. Dept. of Justice, 376 S.E. 2nd 247 (N.C. App. 1989)

So there you have it Michael, legal precedence that the badged thugs in blue, or grey or the latest iteration of Multi-Cam, have no responsibility to the taxpayer and citizens. Their only purpose is to serve the ruling elites. Now shut up Michael….and PAY YOUR TAXES !

      • Guess what Dan 111, if Wilson initiated the assault on Brown for no reason and Brown was shot as result of self defense then Wilson will be charged.
If Brown attacked Wilson and Wilson believed that his life was in danger then the shooting is justified.
Now, have mommy get you some cool aid and get back to playing Grand Theft Auto.
Say Dan, is 3 your IQ ?

    • I’m not happy about him resigning though. I think he deserves a full disability. Not because of what he did, but because of what he’s been through.

      • I agree Ed. No way a man should be forced to leave his profession because of politics and racism. I’m a retired Sheriff and the protocol is, when a 300 lb thug smashes your facial bones and tries to take your service pistol you shoot the stupid SOB.
If some skinny black cop shot a fat white thug, this wouldn’t even have made the news.

” I’m a retired Sheriff and the protocol is, when a 300 lb thug smashes your facial bones and tries to take your service pistol you shoot the stupid SOB”.

Gee “sheriff”, would the same protocol apply to a citizen defending himself against one of your beloved, badged thugs violating said citizen’s Freedom and Liberty, one’s Constitutional Rights ? Of course the same “protocol” doesn’t apply to the common man, the serf, the untermenschen, does it McNamara.

Too bad you’re enjoying retirement via the tax dollars obtained from the very folks you failed “to protect and serve” for more than 20 years. The only good thing is you’re no longer wearing the uniform. But relax. Your mentality is alive and well amongst the current generation of badged thugs sucking at the public trough, in America today.

“Ooooooo, Dannie III is a tough-guy! Save your ad hominem attacks for Politico, HuffPo, or any other Kabuki dance site)”

Well Timmie (see I can play your game of ridicule too) I don’t read anywhere here where I expressed being a “tough guy” or used a “ad hominem” (do you even know the definition of that latin ?). Maybe Mister Robert “Truth” Farago deleted some of my accurate remarks he didn’t agree with. Then again “….the truth will set you free”. So your comments above as you belittle my remarks that don’t actually appear anywhere, is pretty much in keeping with Saul Alinsky’s Rule #5, correct ?

Now let me clarify something you don’t appear to understand. I don’t have a problem with “particular cops”. I have a problem with every last one of them who wear the badge and take the king’s shilling, only to deprive me, my friends, my family, my loved ones, and even antagonists like you Tim (see, I won’t keep playing your game of ridicule) of individual FREEDOM and LIBERTY. There is absolutely NO PURPOSE for cops, police, “law enforcement” (get it Tim, “law ENFORCEMENT”) to rule over us as judge, jury and executioner. For that is what they do, as folks like you endorse their brutality under color of law and a misdirected love of one’s community.

Now, Wilson was a 28 year old punk allowed, under color of law, to roam the streets of Ferguson with a badge and a gun and the power of the Blue Brothers, a power where no-matter-what, the cops will never screw another cop. Unless one is a Frank Serpico.

As the Ferguson P.D. didn’t see fit to equip their patrol cars with inexpensive Dashcams, one will never know the exact truth of the alleged attack on the soon-to-be former officer, Wilson. The only “truth” that will be forthcoming will be Wilson’s word against that of a dead man. Oh, that’s right….he’s dead, Michael Brown can’t defend himself. And of course Wilson will “justify” his immediate movement to the use of deadly force rather than a use of pepper spray or a TASER. Immediate action that Wilson used in keeping with the protocol of today’s American “law enforcement” officer….go to GUNS !

Oh, lest I forget….as you warned me not to respond unless I gave you a “salient rebuttal”, I would suggest you practice what you preach. Your remarks to me where nothing more than ridicule with no substance. Your remarks were nothing more than opinion and far from the “salient” you challenged me to provide.

Well, look out Tim….the American public is absolutely TIRED of the abuse of this tyranny running amok by those with the badges and the guns, supported by the appointed bureaucrats and “elected” elites. We ain’t seen nothing yet.

Oh, and Tim. I am actually pretty “tough”.

    • Ayup…thal be blood in the snow fa shoor. Folks maht be getting a bit on tha restless side, staying up pahst 9 and lootin the LL Bean for monogrammed canvass bags and button down shirts.

    • Last time I check the census, the black population here (Maine) is around 1.1-1.3%. In a state with less people than New York City, I’m not sure their messege will be heard very well. And for the most part we don’t give a hoot what they are protesting, as long as you don’t bother us, knock yourself out. Have fun in 16-25 degree weather. Thrown in a little wind and I think any demonstrations will quickly move to the nearest couch.

      • Eh. Come to Lewiston sometime, you’ll probably be startled by the racial makeup. Bangor, too. We get a lot of renegade crack dealers coming up along the NY, MASS pipeline to hang out. I guarantee if that if spontaneous riots erupt in Lewiston, it’ll be damn ugly.

      • IMO the race-baiters’ and opportunist’ bark is worse than their bite. I expect it will mostly be the ‘night of the hoodlums’ wherever ‘whatever’ occurs.

    • I’d be surprised if rioting broke out in 3 of these places. People in Tucson are probably just bored of smoking pot and watching basketball, so they signed up for this. They’ll be playing hackey sack and sending text messages, then they’ll go home.

    • Wha? No looting or rioting planned for Utah or Idaho? I’m sure we can get a dozen college kids together somewhere and at least holds signs or something….
It’s kind of a shame, because out here, they’d keep it civil, keep it peaceful, and they wouldn’t dare try and start anything resembling a riot out here.

That shit will get you shot.

      • Looks like there’s a “gathering” planned for SLC. I can’t imagine that it’ll amount to much… A couple dozen of the usual progbots doing their usual idiotic thing for no good purpose with no real result.

Even if they did gather the critical mass it takes to start some kind of riot, it probably wouldn’t last long. Utahns don’t put up with that kind of crap.

  2. I see Denver is listed. You pick a fight with the Denver Police and you will know what a beat down is. They will not show restraint. Try looting here. My money is on the DPD. You can excise free speech but not mayhem.

    • Black mayor and black chief in Denver will make it interesting. Even if Mayor Hancock privately sympathizes with them he for sure doesn’t want to scare the tourists or the local business community.

  3. I am upset. Dallas, and Fort Worth are not on the list. Why are we being ignored? I think it is RACISSSST!! To think, the protesters are denying me my god given right to use them as target practice.

My rifle is depressed. All those bullets and no looters to be found.

    • I saw a “Dallas, Texas” on the list. Smile and wave your rifle for the cameras, so we know it’s you.

(Make sure you have the website Java-approved and your browser Java-enabled, and as you scroll down, the list will actually get longer.)

  4. i live here and all law enforcement officers will know 48 hours ahead of time before the public. i will know 48 hours before the public as well

    • If the cops know, then everyone else will about 5 minutes later. Being an retired cop, I know we’re all gossips. SHTF this weekend.

      • Exactly. I too live in the STL area. If the cops hear anything interesting, I’ll hear it within an hour. Tops.

48 hours? There’s no way anything of import could be kept quiet outside single squad level that long. And managing a squad to shut up for that long is work…

        • What part do you live in? I live in North county and pretty much in between Ferguson and Dellwood in unincorporated st.louis county….my thing is that why everyone is trying to make this into a race thing and it’s not. I’ve been to some of the protests and it was people there of all races and only some people from all races were acting ignorant. If there’s ever is a time where we actually need to stand toe to toe with forces of evil it’s not now…..Our founding fathers waited until the very last moment before waging war. While we all know there is police brutality, every officer is not bad just like how every young black person is not a thug, uneducated, just like how every white person is not a school shooter, just like how every middle eastern person or every person that practices Islam is not a terrorist. We all need to unite instead of fight among each other.

        • but they’re still people out there that are convinced the .gov can pull off a vast conspiracy. FEMA death camps anyone?

        • @from ferguson, I’m out West County these days. But I know the area well, have some friends around there, and some friends with business interests in the area. I’m with you, I don’t want anything bad to happen, especially over Brown.

That’s the part that puzzles most (dispassionate) observers – all evidence and likelihood is this was self defense by Wilson and a good shoot. There’s sooo much black-on-black crime, nobody says a thing. But some thug who just strong-armed a tiny convenience store owner so he could roll some blunts, then attacks a cop, this is the cause celebre? Of all the terrible things done under color of law that are easy to find, this almost unquestionable shoot is what they go after?

It really seems designed by the race hustlers to drive a color wedge between the vast majority of folks in FF (and the rest of the country) who are law-abiding citizens who just want to live their lives.

        • I lived in the area for 10 years, from Chesterfield, to Shrewsbury, to Hazelwood and Breckenridge Hills. I’m honestly glad I’m *not* still in North County. I’m not privy to any inside information; I pretty much just keep my head down and work (70 hours this week). I’m currently working in Brentwood, staying near the Galleria. I’ll be watching the way things spread out from the courthouse.

        • from ferguson, Sorry, replied this morning, but the rabbit hole and all that…

I’m out in ‘West County’ these days, but I know FF well, have friends there, and have friends with businesses there. We all hope that the (generally) out of town idiots, and race-hustlers, are shut down by those who just want some peace and actual justice.

I do so want to cruise around Ferguson with a few dozen crates of AKs. Passing them out to the majority of decent hard-working folks living there. Regardless of color. Let the people actually defend their neighborhood and themselves. Then I’d give the (bad) protestors the lifespan of the gangbanger who just shot an innocent child. Zero. As it should be.

    • Try to keep that information personal otherwise someone might get held in contempt of court.

If a juror releases information like that for example they can get in serious trouble.

      • Grand jury conclusions make it to the street almost immediately. All it takes is a roll of the eyes from a juror to a friend. A vague whisper. Without a strict sequestration for two days we’ll know by late Friday night.

    • The “public” will know just as fast.

And that’s fine… because I think it won’t be until it’s officially announced that the S really hits the F. After all, it’s pretty much “known” now.

  5. I think he knows he is going to be found not guilty by the grand jury. And wants to get out of dodge. Or flip it guilty I’m not sure where to think.

    • If he is “no billed”, he will not be able to walk down the street in Ferguson without a very high risk of being shot or beaten to death by a bunch of “angry” utes. If it were me, I’d be moving on too. And he probably should find a new line of work, at least for a while, because the press will advertise where he lands.

  6. Well, with the threats on Officer Wilson’s life, and family, by Anonymous and the more violent of the fringe groups, I am surprised he is not already in WitSec.

I wish him well, and it pains me to see no major media organization pointing out that the standard is still innocent until proven guilty… its even more shameful that DOJ is not saying so, but is fanning the flames otherwise.

If there is any good to come from this, and I am sure MOST Sheriffs and conservative PD Chiefs have already come to this conclusion- one more reason to remember States rights rule, against Federal tyrranny, and that individual law-abiding gun owners and 2A supporters are on the same side as the locals…

    • WitSec? Like from the Justice Department? The same one run/ran by “Contempt of Congress” Holder? The one that was doing their “investigation” of the incident? Yea, they’re trustworthy.

    • “….law-abiding gun owners.” RLC2…can you provide the definition of that comment ?

Do you mean like Communist Cuomo’s SAFE ACT in the People’s Republik of New Yawk ? That kind of “law”-abiding bullcrap ? Or abiding to the multitude of anti-Freedom gun restrictions in Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown’s Socialist Republic of Kaleefornyeeaah ?

” I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will….” – Thomas Jefferson

I make effort to be as opposite of “law-abiding” as possible. Take your “laws” and shove them !

  7. I say lawlessness is not only a Ethnic thing! You are asking for a true race war if you think all will just stand by in fear of what may happen. As a group tells another group kill white people should people just be lead to slaughter?
What group of people will just watch what they worked for be destroyed by bullies that just do not get their way? Working people need to stay home to show the non-working people that will be at these protest we outnumber them & how the government we the law bidding have an effect also.
The new vote in this country is with force, threats, hate, destruction, fear & no respect!!!
    DEATH FROM WITHIN

    • …CLAP!…CLAP!…CLAP!..clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clapclapclapclapclapclapclapCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Well, I am Black and haven’t heard anything reported that makes me think it was not a justified shooting. I would have no problem w Wilson being a cop in my town.

Anyhow, I am leaving town Monday for the holiday anyway. Plus, Clayton will be fairly empty then anyway so protesters won’t impact the county seat and the guard will protect various malls. Just in case, carry extra mags and a back up piece. I am off to Little Mogadishu, I mean Detroit, on Monday.

  9. Unsubstantiated rumor.

A week ago they reported he could return to duty after he was cleared.

Yes, I think he probably will resign, change his name and move from the area…but there is no fact right now…only rumor.

    • That report you read was correct. If he is no-billed, he could return to duty immediately. If he chooses to resign and not return to duty, that’s a completely different thing. I haven’t seen anyone suggesting he’s being forced to resign by his superiors.

      • Wilson needs to make sure his resignation does not impact his MOST (MO officer certification) license so I suspect he is waiting to resign so his record is clear and he can work elsewhere

        • Honestly I doubt he’ll work as a cop again.

Most officers who kill someone end up changing careers anyway within a couple years.

        • Hannibal, where do you get that data from? My anecdotal (from local to state) suggests the vast majority shrug it off, and stay on the job ’til they retire. I’m honestly curious if you have data to support that allegation.

  10. Five locations here in Tennessee. FIVE. One of them is just half an hour away from me.

I’m REALLY tempted to show up with a “You guys look stupid” sign.

  11. If this story is true the gangs have won. The police will now look the other way when the next Michael Brown roughs up and robs a merchant. Why should you risk your career and possibly your life.

Sorry but outside of the St Louis area nobody except a few MDA sized rallies by activists will happen. Nobody cares about Michael Brown.

    • This. Nobody cares, the entire thing is media hype at this point. The media want riots and I don’t think they’re going to get them. The locals worked out their aggression and it has been so drawn out and scrutinized the point that people are just tired of it.

    • Yeah, that list is pure fantasy. If anything happens, it will be in the St. Louis area only. There might be a handful of teeny little protests with a handful of people, but nationwide rioting over Michael Brown ain’t gonna happen, no matter how much folks in the media (including this website) keep trying to gin it up.

If the original riots didn’t spread beyond Ferguson, why would this be the flashpoint? Everyone already knows he’ll be no-billed.

    • Austin–of course. My guess is the guilt-ridden, self-loathing whites will vastly outnumber the “oppressed minorities” at any Austin demonstration.

    • Dunno, but SA is mostly Hispanic, and our city doesn’t riot. When the Spurs win each of their regularly scheduled championships, the crime rate goes down while everyone parties peacefully. Other cities set fires and break windows.

    • If it makes you feel better, Tyler, there likely won’t be anything happening anywhere else in Texas, either, regardless of what somebody’s Tumblr page claims.

  12. I am reminded of The Survivors, with Robin Williams and Walter Matthau. At one point Williams’ character shoots a target in the boombox.
“You gotta demoralize the enemy.” (quote not guaranteed for accuracy, only for intent.).

  13. Also, why is his union not pursuing prosecution for all those who are threatening his life? They did it publicly and many even gave their names. Is it because of their race? Or because they are all fellow Democrat Party members?

    • Its sorta sad, but you gotta remember…There is a double standard when it comes to “Us” vs “Them”. Dems walk all over the rules then bitch at us if we try to do the same. Then when we point it out…we are “racist”

  14. We’re supposed to be a nation of laws, but that proposition is under attack from the top (Obama) and the bottom (rioting crows of miscreants that aren’t satisfied with letting the justice system do its job). Sometimes I look around and wonder what happened to the America I knew.

    • Every nation in the world is a nation of laws,so I don’t know why that statement seems to hold any significance..
As for the justice system.. It’s broken.

  15. Aw..dang it. A career in LE ruined by stupid protests and this shooting incident, I hope he does find a job in LE somewhere else(if that is what he wants) This incident will follow him for the rest of his life and I dont envy him.

Also, Riots in Tucson? WTF? I cant say I’m suprised, but I am sorta ashamed of you Tucson…

  16. That list is pretty funny for two reasons: one, the locations listed, some of them are just ridiculous. In my home state of Ohio, there’s… Columbus (to be expected), Beavercreek, which is where that poor dude got SWAT-ed for whipping around that air rifle in Walmart, and then… Monroeville (out in bum-f**k-nowhere). The other reason that list is funny is because it’s f**king Tumblr, which is THE internet hotspot for all manner of slacktivists, third-wave feminists (the bad type), and middle schoolers who think they’re a wolf reborn as a human.

If you think I was joking about that last part, I recommend a visit to reddit.com/r/tumblrinaction. Or maybe not, save your brain cells…

  17. From the tenor of the announcements (Knoxville, TN: “Please wear black”; Kennesaw, GA: “Bring protest signs”) I’m guessing the “organizers” know already. South Texas doesn’t seem to be represented. Outside of the “usual suspects”, i.e. Dallas, Houston, and Austin, only Longview made the list. Interesting.

    • If they had one in S Texas and told people to wear black, it would look like a bunch of Spurs fans. Then a parade would break out.

      • LOL!! Truthfully, the Hispanics don’t always see eye-to-eye with their fellow oppressed minorities, at least not at street level.

  18. I am shocked! and deeply disappointed that the leftists (there are 126 of them) in Idaho have not arranged for a demonstration on the statehouse steps in Boise. Some of us really enjoy watching their antics and seeing how the local media manage to take photos designed to avoid showing how few there are. (Usually accomplished by taking photos from the ground looking up at a tightly-packed front row of 8 or so of the protestors.)

Alas, there will be no justice in Idaho for the oppressed ….

  19. Rumor has it that Wilson is negotiating the terms of his resignation which, if not forced, is certainly being encouraged by the police brass.

I would guess that pension, disability and his certification are all on the table. And the union and other contributors have already raised $500K for the guy. I think he’ll be okay if the GJ returns a writ of ignoramus (no true bill).

The prosecutors previously stated that the entire GJ record will be released. I can’t wait to read all ten bazillion pages of it.

  20. Every cop in that department should walk out in protest. I’m sure most of them have some sick days left and they should all get the 48 hour “flu”.
Pick up some beverages and munchies, go home, lock your doors, load your piece and watch some TV.
Let the National Guard deal with Eric Holders mess.

  21. This makes the Ferguson police chief a liar. I saw him interviewed live on CNN this morning and he said he has had no contact with Wilson since a couple days after the shooting and he has no idea if Wilson would actually return to the force if the GJ does not indict. How can Wilson be in the final stages of resigning if those two things were true?

  22. Probably already pointed out, but at least two of those places for the protesting around the US are big college towns/cities, and/or areas known for their liberalism. Not at all surprising, but I’d check the list just to make sure where you may want to stay away from the night of the ruling.

  23. I am only surprised it took so long for this to come about. Darren Wilson’s future in Ferguson, MO, was over within the first day or two after the shooting no matter how the aftermath comes out. Where can he go after all this is over?
