Black Aces Tactical Releases the Alpha-9 Pistol

Black Aces Tactical just dropped a new semi auto 9mm pistol, the Alpha-9, on social media today. Other than the basic specs there aren’t a lot of details on it, but we can glean a few things from those, and the pics. The gun is stamped Adler Arms AD-9, and made in Turkey. Adler Arms is in fact a Turk gun company that makes a pretty wide variety of rifles, shotguns and pistols.

The Alpha looks to be a Glock 19 clone, or at least Glock 19-inspired piece. It comes in 9mm and uses 15-round magazines, at least for folks in states that can have standard capacity mags. Ten-round mags are available if you live behind enemy lines. The mags look to be metal, so it’s unclear if they are Glock compatible or not. The Alpha is striker fired and uses a 4.5-inch long barrel. It has a polymer frame and interchangeable back straps, and comes with thee different sizes. It also has a rail for mounting lights or lasers, and comes with 3-dot sights that look to be Glock pattern as well.

It differs slightly in specs and lines from the Glock 19, but it looks pretty darn close. I suspect it should work with most Glock 19 holsters, although that will have to be verified. With an MSRP of only $439 it might be an alternative for folks with a G19 appetite, but not a G19 budget.
