Own a piece of art and help a charitable cause with this amazing Walther PPK/s charcoal painting.

How often can you bid on artwork, help a charity, and feed your love of firearms all at the same time?

Walther is going out of their way to help you do just that with a new auction in which all money raised will be donated to the Children’s Emergency Shelter and the Fort Smith Symphony.

The auction is for an original work of art featuring the Walther PPK/s which is the favorite of James Bond in the 007 movies. It was created live during last week’s SHOT Show 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada by artist Joel Pilcher.

The auction is live now and runs until February 10, 2019.

The artwork was created with white charcoal on gallery wrapped black canvas and measures 24 x 36 inches.

If you want to get in on the action, go to GunBroker.com and make a bid! To learn more about the PPK/s, visit WaltherArms.com.

  1. My first impression was an Escher imitation…

It’s great work- the old hand passing the PPKs on to young one. At least that’s how I’m reading it. If I were from NY, CA, IL or a number of other like-minded states I’d probably see it as the old one taking it away from the younger one.

  2. Assuming that the hand holding the PPK is facing up (otherwise the gun would fall out of the hand) that is some irresponsible gun handling. The muzzle is pointing towards the holder.

  3. That is one weird looking PPK. It has the pre/WWII style sights on the newer PPK slide, and it has PPK/S grips, but it’s got PPK proportions.

  4. From grandfather to grandson. Or the old man who runs my local gun store to a new first time gun owner.
Or from god to man. Someone should try this with a female hand or hands. Now that would make the Liberals heads explode.

  5. Idiots LOVE to bid it up ages before it ends. They must have people doing it to get the price up as usual. I thought we were supposed to bid in the LAST 10 SECONDS?
