Even a cursory look at where Ossoff (who is challenging Perdue) and Warnock (Loeffler’s adversary) stand on matters relating to firearms reveals they are bitter enemies of gun rights, especially as those views are held and practiced by most Georgians.

Where both Perdue and Loeffler have been strongly endorsed by the National Rifle Association (the gold standard according to which most voters turn in order to determine if a candidate is pro-Second Amendment), Ossoff and Warnock have been warmly embraced by major gun-control organizations, including the Giffords Law Center, the Brady Campaign, and Michael Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety.

Beyond these endorsements, Ossoff and Warnock share positions on firearms far to the left of those held by a majority of Georgians. These include advocating for a ban on the AR-15 rifle, the most popular and commonly held rifle in America, as well as on so-called “high capacity” magazines for rifles and handguns. Nor do facts support this particular gun control position held by Ossoff and Warnock. According to the FBI, for example, in 2019 there were 367 Georgia homicides carried out with firearms, but only 14 involved rifles of any type.

The two Democrats also support forcing gun owners to demonstrate “high qualification and compelling specific needs” before being allowed to possess or carry certain firearms.

    • That’s it in a nutshell, Pirate. We will not comply. What I really want, is for one of those (in)famous twits to come to my door, and ask for my guns. Beto O’Rourke would be just fine. He’ll get some of my ammunition first, and he can be the left’s first martyr.

      • If all gun owners passively wait for the police to come to their doors to confiscate our guns and arrest us, we will simply get killed while providing them with incidents to justify their tyranny.
If gun owners go on the offensive, targeting known liberals who voted for Harris and Biden, in their homes and businesses, and in a manner that gives us some anonymity, there is a prospect of victory. The United States military has demonstrated the futility of confronting insurgencies in foreign countries. The United States military would be even less capable of confronting an insurgency in America.

        • “If gun owners go on the offensive, targeting known liberals who voted for Harris and Biden, in their homes and businesses, and in a manner that gives us some anonymity, there is a prospect of victory.”

So you are suggesting that gun owners target those who voted for another candidate?

You realize, advocating for the armed insurgency as you are, fits the textbook definition of sedition.

I think an individual with your belief system should not be afforded the right to possess lethal weapons, it seems both you and Donald Trump are coup-coup.

Vladimir Putin is very proud, he appreciates an attentive student.

        • Citizens Militia versus The U.S Military, I’ll take U S Military and give you any point spread you want. Citizens Militia haven’t played a game in years.

        • “Citizens Militia haven’t played a game in years.”

          Au contraire, Marsupial One –

There are probably a half of a million with recent combat experience in the civilian population thanks to the ‘War on Terror’ over the past 20 years since 9-11. With the latest training… 🙂

        • Shooting Biden voters in their homes is way too murdery. Bad idea. Besides, about half of them aren’t even real people to begin with.

I’m all for targeting “liberals” the same way they’ve targeted our people, though. “No justice, no peace” them out of their favorite restaurants, camp out in front of their houses, never let them gather in peace. Run them out of any groups we’re in, boycott and picket their businesses, refuse to lend to them… Let’s see how they like the hashtag-resistance when it’s pointed at them.

        • Ing. Reservations like the Indians. Mark out a patch of land in Nevada and supply them with tools, building materials and crop seeds. Let them carve a socialist paradise out of the desert.

        • Yeah, Minor Annoyance, some of us ARE advocating “sedition” (pro tip: Learn some definitions. “Sedition” is action against a legitimate government. As our Founding Fpathers taught us, we owe exactly ZERO allegiance to an illegitimate government. A government that refuses to recognize my INHERENT rights, and piss all over the BoR? Can go pound sand in its @$$.).

And you leftist twatwaffles have engaged in and legitimized this behavior over the last four years, so if you don’t like it? Go cry on the chaplain.

I’m going to give the ILLEGITIMATE faux-president Biden, and Kamala the Ho, EXACTLY as much deference and respect as y’all gave Trump for the last four years.

          Karma’s a bitch, Minor Annoyance.

        • Geoff, your talking soldiers, I’m talking a well regulated Militia. I suppose though, by definition, call three people a Militia.

        • “Sedition” is action against a legitimate government.”

          Lamprey, I completely agree.

But my copy of the United States Constitution does not grant some random poster on the Internet the authority to decide the legitimacy of the United States government.

The Constitution specifically grants that duty to the federal courts, with the United States Supreme Court being the ultimate arbiter of grievances under the constitution.

Y’all done lost in that venue, so suck it up, buttercup.

Any armed insurrection that one might commit against the legitimate government is indeed, sedition and the constitution has a remedy for that offense.

        • In reality, when ‘push comes to shove,’ few otherwise law-abiding gun owners are going to be willing to risk prosecution and incarceration (let alone ‘pain of death’) in order to defend their RTKBA. Naturally, ‘progressive’ gun banners (sorry, I meant gun ‘safety’ proponents) are WELL aware of (and are likely counting on) this fact. Case in point:

          https://youtu.be/n6Lyeeq17fY?t=9

    • With voter incentive down due to election fraud in GA and the democRat Party standing for $2000.00 Stimulas Checks while ignorant Republicans act like tightwads the Rat Party gets the upper hand…again.
Stimulas Checks should have been a single issue and never combined with pork leaving scraps for Americans in need due to circumstances beyond their control.

Furthermore…Being as Gun Control in any shape or form is rooted in racism and genocide that is more than enough for it to self destruct. However as long as omnidirectional morons on this forum do not zero in on the roots of Gun Control they give it standing…That’s chiseled.

      • Hmmm….$2000 checks. The government has no money….only what they confiscate….er, taxes….. from individuals. So I’m going to have to pay the $2000 back in future taxes, plus, I’ll have to pay at least another $2000 back since half the country pays no taxes. Great deal as usual!!!!

        • They could offset the $2000.00 payments that they don’t have the money for by eliminating a bunch of foreign aid and OTHER programs that they didn’t have the money for before they wrote the bill authorizing the programs.. Money does NOT grow on trees, it is created in a computer using ones and zeros (101000001100111000000010101)

    • Yeah… when push comes to shove, I suspect most gun owners will simply reluctantly comply rather than risk incarceration (or worse), and (unfortunately) ‘progressive’ gun banners know it. Case in point:

  1. Stacy, the whale, Abrams has boasted that she has 1.5 million ballots ready to be counted. Now that Roberts and SCOTUS have cemented the communist fraud machine in place, the steal will continue in GA. Unless Pence does what he should do on 6 January our Republic is over.

  2. None of this matters anymore.
They can do whatever they want to and we’ll do whatever we want to.
Most of what we had to lose as far as savings, jobs, businesses, families, schooling are all destroyed anyway.
Let the bullets fly and China can have what’s left.

  3. American gun rights are at stake — PERIOD.

While it would be encouraging if both Republican candidates win their U.S. Senate races in Georgia, all that does is temporarily reduce the odds of Democrats enacting laws at the federal level which will infringe on our inalienable rights.

  4. Implying there is going to be an election, you know, that thing we used to have where only legal votes are counted.

This exact GA election commission openly stole my vote in November and both Dems and GOP ignored it. Screw the GOP cowards. Now I get why opposition groups boycott elections in sh!thole dictatorships. It never made sense until this year. I’m boycotting any more elections until we go back to in-person paper ballots.

When Dems win this runoff, and there is absolutely no doubt they will steal/win again, all I’m hoping for is that looks even more illegitimate than the Presidential “election” with virtually no Republican turnout and 150% turnout for the Dems.

    • I’m boycotting any more elections until we go back to in-person paper ballots.

YOU act like THEY really give a shit… Every Republican that stays home on election day is just two LESS fraudulent ballots THEY have to produce… That’ll show em….

      • COVID-19 thanks you for your kind words!

There were many who said it couldn’t be done, but now the novel coronavirus has rolled over 300,000 dead Americans!

And there’s no doubt, with a few more rallies and MAGA caravans we can surpass 400,000 deaths by January 6, 2021!

It could be made into a monster, if we all pull together as a team!

        • Don’t forget those mostly peaceful demonstrations in places like Portland and Kenosha. A hundred proud boys show up at a rally and you’re aghast.

antifa burns down minority owned businesses and you’re silent.

        • Sweet Baby Jeebus on an atomic pogo stick, Minor Annoyance, you may have reached peak “stupid woke”.

Point the first: 300,000 deaths ATTRIBUTED to COVID-19. We will never know the actual number, when we have people killed in traffic accidents listed as COVID deaths. The disgusting little “elf on the shelf” has ADMITTED, on video on national TV, that he lied his @$$ off, because the American people couldn’t handle the truth (hmm, seems I saw something like that in a Tom Cruise movie). Oh, by the way, Minor Annoyance, what was the overall U.S. death rate for 2020, as compared to prior years? Just askin’ for a friend..

Point the second: 300,000 deaths, even IF legitimate (which we know they aren’t), is a rounding error against, oh, say, the 1918 Spanish Flu, or measles annually before an effective vaccine, or typhus, malaria (which WE made worse by our ban on DDT), dysentery, etc. in third world countries.

Point the third: Since when did GOVERNMENT-MANDATED “public safety” measures (even IF they were based on science, which they aren’t) outweigh my INHERENT rights?

Minor Annoyance, please go pleasure yourself anally, with a barb wire wrapped Louisville Slugger, lubricated with habanero juice and battery acid.

        • Big man, pig man. Ha, ha, charade you are.

You’re nearly a good laugh. Almost worth a quick grin. You like the feel of steel. You’re hot stuff with a hatpin. And good fun with a hand gun. You’re nearly a laugh. You’re nearly a laugh…

          But you’re really a cry.

        • PG, you caught my reference, very good!

I particularly like this verse, I think it’s quite on point:

“You like the feel of steel. You’re hot stuff with a hatpin. And good fun with a hand gun.“

        • Lamprey, here’s some info you may find of interest:

You might note that the additional excess deaths fit almost exactly the current corona death toll:

“This is the deadliest year in U.S. history, with deaths expected to top 3 million for the first time — due mainly to the coronavirus pandemic.
Final mortality data for this year will not be available for months. But preliminary numbers suggest that the United States is on track to see more than 3.2 million deaths this year, or at least 400,000 more than in 2019.
U.S. deaths increase most years, so some annual rise in fatalities is expected. But the 2020 numbers amount to a jump of about 15%, and could go higher once all the deaths from this month are counted.

That would mark the largest single-year percentage leap since 1918, when tens of thousands of U.S. soldiers died in World War I and hundreds of thousands of Americans died in a flu pandemic. Deaths rose 46% that year, compared with 1917.”

    • As a Georgia resident living in the district that re-elected the sorry excuse for a Representitive Lucy McBath, I will be standing in a hopefully long line on January 5th to cast my ballot.

  5. It is also imperative that we all recognize a simple fact: even if Republicans win both U.S. Senate seats in Georgia and Republicans are able to stop fedzilla from enacting new laws which infringe on our inalienable rights, absolutely no one in federal government will oppose U.S. Presidential Executive orders no matter how obviously they violate the U.S. Constitution or existing laws.

The President will control the U.S. Justice Department and ensure that the Justice Department does not intervene. And Democrats control the U.S. House of Representatives and will most definitely NOT impeach a Democrat President no matter how egregious his/her violations of law and the U.S. Constitution.

    • “It doesn’t matter what rights you have under the Constitution of the United States, if the government can punish you for exercising those rights. And it doesn’t matter what limits the Constitution puts on government officials’ power, if they can exceed those limits without any adverse consequences.”
      -Thomas Sowell
      https://thenewamerican.com/freedom-is-not-free/

    • “…asolutely no one in federal government will oppose U.S. Presidential Executive orders no matter how obviously they violate the U.S. Constitution or existing laws.”

      Wrong, uncommon_sense.

The courts shut down a number of Obama’s illegal ‘Executive Orders’…

      • Like DACA? Uh, no….Biden won’t have any of his EOs overturned. SCOTUS won’t stop him and neither will the House or the Senate. The government we have today is, if anything, even more corrupt than it was when Obama was the Great Leader.

Why wouldn’t Biden get away with ruling by EO? We’ve had almost a year of living under mini dictatorships where our normal system of governance has been thrown to the curb because of the COVID “emergency.” Governors and mayors rule by dictat and neither the courts nor the legislatures are willing to protect citizen’s Constitutional rights.

Trump was coup’d out of office because he upset the Deep State gravy train. There’s a lot of money at stake. The government is controlled by a handful of billionaires and a political class that has become a sort of aristocracy. The government is a Ponzi scheme whereby they take our money in the form of taxes and fees, the money flows through DC where they skim off their take, then they use part of it to pay off their friends and supporters, and then it goes to operate bloated, useless government agencies. And it’s going to get worse with that corrupt old fool Biden in charge (nominally) and the scum who will sweep into office in his wake.

  6. So considering that laws are meant to be ignored by the left it’s fair to assume their new gun bans will be ignored as well. So the next step would be rough men with guns (!) to enforce their will.

    • Rough men with guns, indeed! If anyone thinks the average law enforcement officer is NOT going to enforce gun confiscation orders they should look at how they’ve acted in enforcing the arbitrary, capricious, stupid, unconstitutional COVID restrictions. It was line cops arresting churchgoers sitting in their cars in a parking lot listening to the service on the radio; it was line cops who arrested a father (who was a former cop) playing catch with his daughter in a deserted park; it was line cops who arrested the guy board surfing off shore from a deserted beach in California; it was line cops who let leftist mobs beat the crap out of Trump supporters in Fresno, DC, and elsewhere. I could go on.

Line cops will show up at your house if ordered, and take your guns and shoot you in the face if you resist. Maybe a very few won’t but the vast majority will.

      • I would say your correct. At the end of the day they are interested in one thing: PAYCHECK I also say the boot licking Blue Lives Matter types that share (the right) with us need to be called out. It’s completely gullible to assume that ass kiss mentality is going to save many rights. Plus if you have one side of the political spectrum loving cops it gives them just enough empowerment to screw us over. So unless that cop is your cousin or something, good luck winning any breaks. And while the Blue Lives Matter crowd is looking at cops like they’re friends, they are looking back at us as subjects. Cops are the government, not the community. Important thing to remember!

  7. Does it matter? Dems will steal this one again and the spineless GOP “true conservative” cowards wont do a single thing about it.

We can all thank Joe Manchin when he saves the day, but rest assured Republicans are finished at a national level. The country will be dictated by a handful of inner cities going forward.

    • This! Not sure I understand the mindset of “We’ll beat ’em in the next (fraudulent) election!” Once again, Republicans stand up for ???, while true conservatives are too few to make a difference.

The “we will not comply” mantra is also a bit stale. “We” have been complying for decades. Not saying it’s time for drastic measures just yet but anyone who thinks that the broken system will ever work out in our favor is only fooling themselves.

    • If you’ve got faith that Joe manchin will somehow save us your faith is misplaced. They will simply tell Joe WVa will get nothing from DC until he heels.

      • Joe Manchin has bucked the establishment time and again and they all hate him already. I doubt he has much to lose and he’s been pretty firmly against the bans his whole career.

But, you’re also right, things might change when he’s the lone holdout. So nothing is set in stone.

    • And you can rest assured, the millionaire chief executive officer of the New York stock exchange and his wife Kelli appreciate your vote for the Wall Street elites!

        • Big difference is all the folks you listed are private citizens, they have zero control over my life.

On the other hand, Kelly Loeffler and her husband are worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and Kelly herself wants authority over legislative decisions that affect me directly.

Kelly’s husband is the chief executive officer of the New York stock exchange, they are the Wall Street elite, and somehow you rubes think they give a darn about the workingman, fascinating.

        • No control over your life? What kind of idiot are you?

That is by far the dumbest single statement I have ever heard in my life. If you actually believe that, and since you are a well known troll around here it’s not likely. But if you actually believe that you cannot be trusted to handle your own day to day affairs. You need a minder.

        • soros, bloomberg, gates, zuckerberg.

These BILLIONAIRES that some would refer to as “private citizens” have influenced (bought) elections for Liberal/Sociokommies in everything from local prosecutors (who champion no bail releases for rape and decriminalizing theft, B&E, assault, rioting) to state house and senate to federal government AND up to and including the bought and paid for 2020 election of the president of the united states… They have influenced governors races and the passing of laws and regulations with what they consider “chump change”… One of them runs a social media company that has tossed out the first amendment right to (conservative) free speech and expression while another wants to see the 2nd amendment either neutered or disposed of and still another wants to save the planet by “seeding” the atmosphere and blocking the sun (what could possibly go wrong) yet some morons roll on in their blissful ignorance believing that these “world dominating wanna-bes” have no effect on THEIR lives while a simple millionaire who can’t even get herself elected is the end-all threat to their very existence….

      • Minor Annoyance, you stupid t***,

Are you really that dense, or are you playing a ‘tard on TV? Democrats have gotten literally orders of magnitude more money from “Wall Street”, and from “Big Tech”, and from “billionaires” than have Republicans.

        Nice try, s***weasel.

  8. Have the Republican candidates in Georgia’s runoff demanded that the state government conduct a complete audit of mail-in ballots with signature verification of every vote and independent observers present to confirm the results? If they won’t demand that every day until it’s accomplished, why should anyone vote for them?

If you accept the Democrats’ theft of the White House as long as you get enough GOP senators to protect your gun rights (*for a few years), then you probably deserve to have your guns taken from you.

  9. Any elected official in America who does not fully support the Constitution is a traitor to their country. We’ve got a whole House full.

  10. boys, I expect everyone to have their scopes and red dots and irons in check..we’re about to get us some real soon!!! orrah!!! don’t stop when the drop, PUSH, PUSH, PUSH past them, all the way to their door steps.

    • As a Hollywood elite screenwriter once said:

“Killing is all right, so long as the right people get killed… “

So who do you expect to see in that red dot sight?

      • You, if I’m really lucky, Minor Annoyance. If not, I’ll make do with your Antifa boyfriends. Either way, gonna go to Valhalla with a major honor guard of . . . really pathetic soybois.

        • Little old me?

Honestly, I am flattered, thank you for your kind words.

If you’re lucky, I would be the one you would kill?

In my reading of the United States Constitution, I haven’t found the article or clause that would give you as a private citizen, the right to kill me.

But most of you folks aren’t really that worried about the constitution, regardless of the cheap talk on this forum.

  11. In many parts of the Nation the election process has been Bastardized not by the Politicians, but by their Acolytes entrenched within the Bureaucracy. Which has made the whole process nothing more than a Wink and a Nod to forward their Agenda of Tyranny against the Rights of “We the People”. Not just the 2nd A, but All Rights. For without the 2nd for protection. No other Rights are safe from Tyranny.
In the face of such Tyranny the only votes that will matter will come from those willing to take aim against Tyranny and those who wish Control. One Patriot One Vote…Making every vote count. Freedom and Liberty is resting upon the resolve of each Patriot to do what Must be done. Keep Your Powder Dry

  12. Gun rights are a small piece of the problems brewing. Here’s an article worth a read:

“The dominant strain of U.S. neoliberalism — the ruling coalition that has now consolidated power again — is authoritarianism. They view those who oppose them and reject their pieties not as adversaries to be engaged but as enemies, domestic terrorists, bigots, extremists and violence-inciters to be fired, censored, and silenced. And they have on their side — beyond the bulk of the corporate media, and the intelligence community, and Wall Street — an unprecedentedly powerful consortium of tech monopolies willing and able to exert greater control over a population that has rarely, if ever, been so divided, drained, deprived and anemic.”

    https://greenwald.substack.com/p/the-threat-of-authoritarianism-in

    • And Glenn Greenwald is a serious Leftist.

The American Left is so authoritarian, they make Hitler, Stalin and Mao look like pikers.

  13. Well kid’s we’re DOOMED if the Senate’s republitard’s don’t vote $2000. We’re broke anyway…they make $3300/week. Must be nice😖

    • They might as well send everyone $5,000. It’s not like anyone has a plan to pay for the $2,000. I view it as them creating a future bill for my children. I’ve been seeing articles since the last round of checks went out about how great this is at fighting poverty. Those idiots have no idea how inflation works.

      • What inflation?!? I’m getting a 1.3% increase in my meager SSI check nrxt week. There’s a material difference between 30trillioin and 28trillion???😏😏😏😏 Keep yer powder dry cupcake’s.

        • It’s a concept that’s been gaining traction, but hasn’t really been implemented here yet. The fastest route to inflation is scarcity. We all understand that here because of what happened with the firearms industry this year. We also witnessed it with food and tp. We’re about to see it on a grand scale in the energy sector. That will affect everyone, and cause chain reactions in other industries. By contrast, how does something lose value?

        • This money doesn’t exist beyond the printing presses at the Treasury Dept. The idea of paying off the National dept. was abandon many Administrations and Congresses ago. The whole idea of Fiscal Responsibility is no longer considered achievable by even the most fiscally responsible members of government. To understand where Our nation is fiscally and where those in power intend to take it. You must first educate yourself in the concept of Modern Monetary Theory. Modern Monetary Theory explained simply – Business Insider.
          https://www.businessinsider.com/modern-monetary-theory-mmt-explained-aoc-2019-3
Not only is it the monetary future of Our Nation. It is the future of the worlds monetary systems. Once the idea of spending without debt is accepted by the Masses. The idea of individual wealth will become a memory except for those who make the rules and play the game.

        • Opossum, I am so thrilled that you are able to take advantage of FDR‘s socialist program, Social Security and Medicare are some of the best expressions of the socialist philosophy.

I wish you the very best for this coming new year, warm dry burrows and tasty roots and grubs!

      • Don’t you know, this is all about self enrichment for the Republicans.

Right here in West Virginia, multimillionaire Republican representative Carol Miller owns five car dealerships, declared essential businesses by the Republican governor and never closed throughout the pandemic.

Yet her companies received over $3 million in PPP funding, while real small businesses were denied funding.

Even though she has received over $3 million in stimulus funding, she voted against the $2000 stimulus check because that money wasn’t for her wealthy elite friends.

        • Miner, I’m going to halfway agree with you here. I just wish you would occasionally take off your partisan hat and open your mind a bit. Let’s slightly change your sentence around: “this is all about self enrichment for the elite.” What you just listed is also happening with some very prominent democrats. They don’t do this because they’re republicans or democrats. They do it because they can.

        • Come on, Miner.Think about this. There’s good guys and bad guys in both the Republican and Democratic Party. Don’t be intellectually sleepy.

        • Oh, I completely agree with the idea that there are many bad guys in both the Republican and Democrat camps, no doubt about it.

But for every Anthony Weiner, there’s a Dennis Hastert.

For every Al Franken, there’s a Larry Craig.

And it’s difficult to refute the evidence, the economy does better under the Democrats. Recent history bears that out, Bill Clinton working with the Republicans, turned George HW Bush‘s economy around and started lowering the deficit. But in George W. Bush’s eight years, he put us into the ditch. Then Obama pulled us out of the ditch, but not quick enough for most Republicans who complained about ‘The pace of recovery’.

It’s kind of like the Republicans put the truck in the ditch and now they’re complaining about how long it’s taking for the Democrats to get it out.

One of my biggest problems with the current breed of Republicans in the White House, is the blatant lying and pandering to the conspiracy theories as a tool of political manipulation.

All these wild accusations of pedophilia and Satan worshiping at the highest levels of the government is total BS, and leads to dangerous situation like gun owners shooting up pizza joints.

Now we have some poor misguided individual, mislead by Alex Jones and the other 5G apocalypse peddlers, blow himself up and injure others with millions in property loss.

  14. It is all useless. The Georgia senate run-off is already being rigged by Marxist Democrats and GOP traitors. Dead people and out of sate voters already elected Democrat senators in Georgia. The fraud will be certified by Dominion machines. Jan 5th is just a formality.

    • “Dead people and out of sate voters already elected Democrat senators in Georgia.“

I know you are an honest patriot and would not make that statement unless you had solid, credible evidence to support your claim, right?

I might suggest, Rudy, Jenna and Sidney Powell would certainly be interested in whatever material you may have, have you communicated with them and provided the necessary evidence?

Or is your claim just more empty speech?

      • You need “solid, credible evidence”? We already have plenty of evidence dead and out of state people voted on Nov 3rd. What is going to stop them voting again on Jan 5th?
“Georgia Judge Leslie Abrams, sister of Stacy Abrams, rules for Russiagate conspiracy creator Marc Elias in voter registration case. Counties blocked from purging thousands of voters who moved out of state.”
Albert Einstein: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

        • To be honest, I think occasionally Sidney Powell makes what we call a Freudian slip, and actually tells the truth.

“Whoops. The latest legal filing from former Trump attorney Sidney Powell in her Georgia lawsuit accuses Dominion voting machines of flipping votes from Biden to Trump — which would mean the president gained fraudulent votes. One GOP attorney calls it an “epic fail.”

I believe deep down, she knows the system is rigged for Trump and can’t help but speak the truth:

“Dominion voting machines of flipping votes from Biden to Trump“

        • Thank you for the video link, I have seen that video. And, the courts have seen that video.

Those who claim they see evidence of voter fraud in that video, do not understand the election process and were apparently not aware of the deliberative discussions by each state legislature in setting up their election commissions.

This is not evidence of voter fraud. The bins in the video were standard ballot containers, and the footage shows what officials described as the normal tabulation process.
Actually search for the facts before accepting Fake News as reality. Trump lost by more than 6 million votes because a vast majority of people did not want him.

          https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2020/dec/04/facebook-posts/no-georgia-election-workers-didnt-kick-out-observe/

        • Please stop spreading Fake News on this forum. You have been caught in a lie: NO COURT agreed to see this video,.

        • NO COURT agreed to see this video,.

And no one explained why they put lids on the tubs they were working on as soon as the room cleared of observers and THEN pulled the new tubs out from under the cabinet.. Woman who is clearly seen running the same ballot through her machine multiple times “lawyered up” when asked why….. But hey, it was ALL legit, just a couple of minor state and federal election laws broken, the important thing is the Biden Crime Family will replace the “Bad” Orangeman in the Oval Office and shortly thereafter we will have our FIRST woman & first semi-black woman president (it’s almost worth it knowing what THAT will do to Hildabeast) courtesy of the Democrats AND the CCP….. The cellar dwellers are safe once more and the whole world can go back to business as usual screwing the U.S. while all of our manufacturing packs up and heads offshore again…

        • Double aught seven, I don’t think you’re intentionally lying about this evidence not being presented in court, I think you’re being mislead by the news sources you are choosing. I suspect Fox News, Newsmax, etc.

Sidney Powell has indeed presented this evidence in court, in a series of error-filled, rambling briefs that have been the laughingstock of the legal community:

          The “Kraken” suit

What it is: This is the much-hyped Sidney Powell lawsuit (with Lin Wood joining in on it). It was filed last week.

What it says: It alleges a great deal of things, but its basic premise is that a wide-ranging conspiracy was perpetrated by international and domestic actors to use Dominion Voting Systems, the company that makes the voting machines for Georgia and a number of other states, to rig the election for Joe Biden, in large part by switching votes from President Trump to Biden.

Georgia’s hand-count audit of all 5 million of Georgia’s paper votes (both those printed out by the Dominion machines, which were reviewed by voters, and those submitted by mail) confirmed the original machine count, and a machine recount has so far confirmed those two previous counts, making it highly implausible the results were manipulated at any point.

Powell and those who have given testimony for her have argued that fraudulent ballots were inserted into the system and the hand-count was conducted in a manner to deliberately overlook them. They have not offered direct material evidence of this, instead at a Georgia Senate hearing this week presenting data analysis and accounts of various individuals who served as poll workers or observers during the election and audit.

They also presented surveillance video from State Farm Arena on election night of counting occurring late into the night, after observers and media left. State officials have long acknowledged that counting occurred, and said it was done legally. You can read more about the Fulton County surveillance video episode here: Fact-checking claims about Fulton County’s election | These ‘suitcases’ are actually ballot containers

The Powell suit seeks, among a number of extraordinary forms of relief, the dismissal of all mail-in ballots used in Georgia in this election and an order that Gov. Kemp “transmit certified election results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the election.”

If the video evidence is so solid, why haven’t they presented it to the court in an effective manner? They’ve had the opportunity, put on multiple witnesses, both factual and expert, and still they haven’t been able to prove their case, why?

        • “Georgia’s hand-count audit of all 5 million of Georgia’s paper votes (both those printed out by the Dominion machines, which were reviewed by voters, and those submitted by mail) confirmed the original machine count, and a machine recount has so far confirmed those two previous counts, making it highly implausible the results were manipulated at any point.” -Miner49er

The recount actually found a net increase of about 500 votes for Trump. Wasn’t that about the difference in the 2000 election? Did anyone get fired for “forgetting” to count those votes?

Dominion has a digital adjudication process that allows a vote review panel to decide the intent of the voter. Once they’re adjudicated, they’re stamped with an auditmark that allows it to pass recounts.

“Just past midnight on Thursday, about 96% of the 128,000 mail-in ballots had gone through the adjudication process, according to [county elections chief] Barron.”
          https://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta-news/fulton-nears-vote-count-completion/XEQMXCMKOZGYFNIMIYOLNRIIFE/

Why would they need to adjudicate nearly ALL of the mail-in ballots? Why did they tell poll workers and observers to go home on election night, then proceed without them? Why did they lie about the water main break? You’re only accepting this suspicious behavior because you like the outcome. Imagine the shoe on the other foot.

        • Regarding your claim:

“Why did they tell poll workers and observers to go home on election night, then proceed without them?”

          Reality:

“The posts claim the video footage shows election workers at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena telling election observers to leave, pulling suitcases filled with ballots from under a table, and illegally counting them with no observers present. “Smoking gun,” one Facebook post said.
That interpretation is wrong, however. The footage doesn’t show any wrongdoing, said Gabriel Sterling, a Republican and Georgia’s voting system implementation manager, in a Dec. 4 tweet.
“The 90 second video of election workers at State Farm arena, purporting to show fraud was watched in its entirety (hours) by @GaSecofState investigators,” Sterling wrote, linking to a fact-check from Lead Stories. “Shows normal ballot processing.”

No, Georgia election workers didn’t kick out observers and illegally count ‘suitcases’ of ballots.

          In other peach state news:

Investigators who audited the signatures on more than 15,000 absentee ballot envelopes in one Georgia county found “no fraudulent absentee ballots,” according to the audit report.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced earlier this month that his office would work with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to do the signature audit in suburban Atlanta’s Cobb County. Deputy Secretary of State Jordan Fuchs said at the time that President Donald Trump’s campaign had alleged that Cobb County didn’t properly conduct the signature match for the June primary.
“This audit disproves the only credible allegations the Trump campaign had against the strength of Georgia’s signature match processes,” Raffensperger said in a news release Monday.

President-elect Joe Biden narrowly won Georgia by about 12,000 votes out of the 5 million cast, but Trump and his allies have made repeated baseless claims of widespread election fraud.
The investigators reviewed 15,118 absentee ballot envelopes from randomly selected boxes, about 10% of the total received in Cobb County for the November general election, according to the audit report. That sample size was chose to “reach a 99% confidence level in the results.”
The Cobb County elections department had “a 99.99% accuracy rate in performing correct signature verification procedures,” the audit report says.”

        • Regarding the water main break, why do you believe the Republican election officials are lying about this?

          https://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta-news/fulton-nears-vote-count-completion/XEQMXCMKOZGYFNIMIYOLNRIIFE/

Dude, do you really believe the Republican governor and secretary of state of the state of Georgia are part of some grand conspiracy to deprive Donald Trump of thousands of votes in Georgia?

Do you really believe the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is involved in this conspiracy and willfully working to cover up criminal wrongdoing by the Republican administration of Georgia?

        • Read your own post Miner. It failed to answer any of my questions. Your answer was to quote people in charge saying there’s nothing to see here. Are you familiar with the term CYA? If something is wrong, then why are we allowing the people that were in charge to begin with to police themselves? Aren’t you the same guy always claiming that republicans are corrupt? Yet today your argument hinges on blindly trusting republicans. Gabriel Sterling may be a “republican” but he is anti-Trump. He has a history of literally tweeting the #NeverTrump hashtag. The Sec. of State may be a “republican” but he has stated that he will switch parties to a democrat in January. What conservative principles did he stand for that he suddenly finds within the democrat party? The governor may be a republican, but do you realize how much money was involved in the new voting system purchase last year? It was over $100 million. Kemp approved that purchase while he was still Sec. of State. Do you understand how lobbying works? Do you understand that the people in charge are not going to go out of their way to make themselves look bad and admit fault?

        • *Excuse me. Kemp approved the purchase last year as governor, not as Sec. of State. “Surprisingly” it turns out there are ties between Kemp and Dominion as well as ties between Kemp and the previous system because that’s how the world works.

“both Dominion and the state’s former elections company, Election Systems & Software, had connections with Gov. Brian Kemp’s administration. Dominion lobbyist Jared Thomas had been a longtime political and campaign aide to Kemp, who previously served as secretary of state, and another lobbyist, Barry Herron, had worked for Diebold Election Systems, which had originally sold Georgia its electronic voting machines.”
          https://www.americanoversight.org/investigation/georgias-voting-machines-and-election-security

        • It turns out that several counties could NOT duplicate election night totals in the recount. They contacted the GA Sec. of State, and he told them to certify the results anyway. Testimony in GA today below.

        • Dude, I watch that little snippet of so-called ‘testimony’.

It’s clear why these cases all been thrown out of court, evidently you are not familiar with the rules of evidence. All that woman is offering is hearsay.

“I talked to many counties who said they were forced to certify“

Another question, were these people under oath?

The fact is, no one has offered any evidence that there was corruption by the Republican administration or the Republican election officials, just rumors and he said or she said.

Sure, Donald Trump is corrupt, he has been for decades but that doesn’t mean every single Republican is corrupt in every single act they perform.

The people of Georgia elected Brian Kemp, they vested the authority in him by their choice.

Or are you alleging that Brian Kemp, a Republican, rigged the vote in Georgia?

        • Really, it’s kind of ridiculous.

The woman in the video won’t even name the counties, it’s just vague “the six counties were pressured to certify” but she gives no details.
She claims she has emails about the situation but she doesn’t present them, why is that?

And regarding a former aide becoming a lobbyist, dude, that is all too common and I think it’s wrong as well.

But it is not illegal, and it does not somehow magically mean that everyone is corrupt, it just means a former aide took advantage of his experience with the governor and special access as a previous aide in order to sell a product.

Maybe you are right and Brian Kemp is corrupt, he may have committed some sort of crime with the voting machines.

If that’s the case, and an election needs to be unwound, then the first election that needs unwound is the one that he cheated and deprived Stacey Abrams of her rightful position as Governor.

When may I expect to read your advocacy for a new gubernatorial election and the disqualification of Brian Kemp as an election cheat?

          Or is that somehow different?

        • “Another question, were these people under oath?”

At 54 seconds into the video she says, “those people were willing to do an affidavit.” She gave sworn testimony that she has copies of the emails. You can’t refute that without first requesting copies of those emails. If she can’t deliver, then we can call her a liar. Keep in mind, she only talked to eight other counties. How many counties are in Georgia?

I never said Kemp did anything illegal. Unethical? Maybe. I said having a cozy relationship with lobbyists that get major contracts is the way of the world. Kemp has tried to distance himself from the election. He’s been very quiet about it considering all of the attention. I believe they asked him to call for a special session of Congress to address these issues, and he didn’t want to.

        • “If that’s the case, and an election needs to be unwound, then the first election that needs unwound is the one that he cheated and deprived Stacey Abrams of her rightful position as Governor.

When may I expect to read your advocacy for a new gubernatorial election and the disqualification of Brian Kemp as an election cheat?”

I would happily call for it with half of the evidence of shenanigans seen in this election. I’m not a die hard partisan. By contrast, how can you say Abrams was robbed while ignoring all of the highly unusual activity of the presidential election? I recall that she claimed voter suppression, but there was actually a very high voter turnout for Abrams. That’s why partisanship doesn’t make sense to me. Non-partisans want fairness, while partisans just want their side to win.

        • Dude-

“That’s why partisanship doesn’t make sense to me. Non-partisans want fairness, while partisans just want their side to win.”

          Bingo!

Hammer, let me introduce you to nail. Hammer- do your thing.

        • “she says, “those people were willing to do an affidavit.” She gave sworn testimony that she has copies of the emails.”

So it’s still just hearsay, she has no affidavits at this point.

You say she gave sworn testimony, so she was under oath?

Again, why didn’t she bring the copies of the emails, why didn’t she name the counties in question and produce the individuals as witnesses or produce sworn statements from these individuals?

In order to prevail under the court system as set forth in the constitution, you must meet certain rules of evidence. Saying someone told you something is hearsay, and not admissible in any court under the United States Constitution.

This is another situation, where individuals, not sitting before a judge claim all sorts of evidence, but when the suit is actually brought before the court, they introduce no evidence, no credible witnesses, no video tape.

Rumors, insinuations, hearsay, etc. have no merit under the constitution. It’s a simple as that, you can’t overturn a free and fair election with a case built on rumors and conspiracy theories.

        • “In order to prevail under the court system…”

Settle down there Matlock. This was a hearing in front of the state senate. So you expect me to believe that you’re suddenly interested in affidavits? Then I’m sure you’ve looked over the hundreds of pages of affidavits documenting voter fraud in the 2020 election, right?

  15. Due to lack of will, the 2nd amendment is cancelled. It is now for sport and the common brigand, nothing more. We all know it.

    • Meh…. Sooner or later the average scmho is gonna become a brigand…

The only thing that keeps people law abiding is comfort and being content. Once that comfort goes away so does law and order. Don’t believe? Take a stroll through the hood after dark….

  16. Sadly, many conservative Republicans do not understand the difference between rumors, speculation and actual evidence admissible in a court of law.

Fabricated and unsupported claims that don’t meet any reasonable standard of evidence are not persuasive in a court of law.

“LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A lawsuit dismissed by a Carson City judge Friday provides more clues about the allegations Nevada Republicans presented in their case alleging widespread fraud in the 2020 election.

The lawsuit, brought by the Republican Party’s six electors and President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign, sought to have Nevada’s election results overturned.

In court Thursday, Jesse Binnall, a lawyer representing the Republicans, said they had evidence of deceased individuals having ballots cast in their names and that tens of thousands of living voters voted twice.

In his ruling Friday, Judge James Russell said there was no evidence of fraud, writing what was shown to him did not prove any of the allegations.

In the state case that was dismissed, lawyers representing the Republican Party’s electors and the campaign said:

1,506 votes cast in the election came from dead voters
2,468 votes were cast by voters who changed their address to another state or country
    42,284 voters voted twice
About 20,000 voters voted in Nevada without a Nevada mailing address

“Contestants did not prove under any standard of proof that any illegal votes were cast and counted, or legal votes were not counted at all, for any other improper or illegal reason, nor in an amount equal to or greater than 33,596, or otherwise in an amount sufficient to raise reasonable doubt as to the outcome of the election,” Russell wrote in his order.”

    • Well, Democrats generally don’t consider those to be “illegal” votes. Duh.

“…depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is…”

  17. Georgians, is the message getting out to fence-sitters and to the more wobbly D voters? Have you been getting real turnout from our side and been making converts?

If not, this is just more preaching to the choir!

  18. I see you said many consider the NRA as the gold standard for political backing. But failed to see that they backed Trump who signed and created more gun control in 4 years than the Obama/Biden administration did in 8 years. This makes me wonder how good they are at picking. For real protection of our rights you need to speak up. Write your government representatives and protect your rights. Silence is acceptance. This is not advocating support for any party. Just facts that are not taken into account. Just listening to hype will not serve you. Facebook memes and comments will not protect your rights. They only serve to make the other side put out more effort. Act intelligently and have A good presentation and you will win.

  19. Abuse of power?

In Georgia, where a pair of run-off elections taking place in January carry with them the critical balance of the U.S. Senate, a federal judge ordered two counties to reverse a decision removing more than 4,000 voters from the rolls, according to Politico.

But we’re not talking just any judge. U.S. District Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, an Obama appointee, is the sister of failed Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.

Gardner issued the ruling Monday, after rejecting a request to remove herself from the case due to her relationship with her sister: “The Court has reviewed the motion and finds no basis for recusal.”

    https://www.bizpacreview.com/2020/12/29/judge-who-blocks-voter-purge-in-2-georgia-counties-ahead-of-senate-run-off-is-stacey-abrams-sister-1010412/

    • Not gun rights, but for the blatant disregard for the Constitution of The United States from the individuals whom have sworn to uphold it ,Yes. There’s a Monster on the loose.

      • The spirit was freedom and justice
And it’s keepers seem generous and kind
It’s leaders were supposed to serve the country
But now they won’t pay it no mind
‘Cause the people grew fat and got lazy
And now their vote is a meaningless joke
They babble about law and order
But it’s all just an echo of what they’ve been told
Yeah, there’s a monster on the loose
It’s got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watchin’

  20. These two races, no pun intended, are in the hands of Georgia voters. End of story. I’m not one thereof, and I wonder as to how many commenting on the matter are.

    • wonder as to how many commenting on the matter are.

So you MUST be a Georgia resident to have an opinion? They ARE running for the United States Senate and each will be ONE of ONE HUNDRED people with a major impact on the lives of over 325 million Americans…. I’d say that gives ME the right to have and voice my personal opinion about any and/or all of the candidates for THAT office from ANY state….

  21. “Americans’ Gun Rights Are At Stake in the Georgia Senate Runoffs”

No, they are not. The matter of our rights were settled long ago. hard earned and paid for with the blood of patriots and tyrants. What IS at stake is the legitimacy of a government that no longer follows the contracts by which We The People give our consent to be governed – the U.S. and State Constitutions, which define said governments.

When any level of government violates those Constitutional contracts, and constitutionally sound solutions cannot be found via criminally corrupted courts, it becomes the duty of We The People to withdraw our collective consent to be governed, and look to solutions as per the Declaration of Independence. Read it, everything is written right there and very clear. This is the American heritage and history that our enemies are trying to erase.

  22. Please stop tying gun rights into the Republican Democrat arguments. There are just as many Republican legislators and executives who want our guns as there are Dems. Look at Trump, he’d take everyone’s guns if it suited him at the moment. Pretty sure he believe only he and his thugs deserve them.

    • Probably true. In that respect at least, Trump’s no different than Michael Bloomberg (and other affluent ‘elites’) in our society. Both are arrogant, narcissistic plutocrats who believe their wealth gives them the right to impose their worldviews on the rest of us poor, ignorant folk.
