Blake, a consultant, calls this his vintage military carry. Whatever you call it, it’s hart to get a better carry gun than a 1911 (assuming the right holster). Check out all three of Blake’s EDC choices at Everyday Carry . . .

  1. That’s pretty clean. No wallet, no phone, no reload. The watch is the only thing holding him back.

      • Reminds me of a conversation I had some years back…

“Friend: You store anything in the compartment on that MOE grip on your AR?”

“Me: Nah, I would, but I can’t figure out how to fit a Glock in there.”

  2. No keys or wallet.

Maybe he rides a bike in a Constitutional carry state… or maybe he just likes getting detained by the police when someone notices him Mexican carrying a 1911.

  3. Need a big-ass pocket for that gubmint model. Does DeSantis make a Nemesis for it?

Must work for the CIA with no wallet or keys.

    • I was about to say, that’s going to take one mighty big pocket (with no holster?), and a little risky carrying no wallet and no ID or CCW license. If this is a pocket dump, our man here has forgotten a thing or two if he’s going out in public. BTW, loads of respect to anyone that can carry a 1911 for personal protection- props. I would if I could.

  4. Lol, classic product placement/advertisement for Steinhart watches and Revo shades….is this site being reduced to product placement advertising?
