TTAG Exclusive: New Calibur Gun Prints: B.A.R., Colt Python, Mossberg 500, Winchester 1894

Calibur Prints BAR-1

This is Justin Janes from Calibur Prints. We spoke on the phone few months back about my Kickstarter project, “Calibur Prints.” I’m reaching out to you because I’m launching my second Kickstarter project tomorrow (Friday) morning, entitled “Calibur Prints: Reloaded.” I wanted you to be the first to know about the project and for you to have the first opportunity to post a feature about the project on your website. Your readers can click here for a preview link to view the project. I’ve also attached images of the prints [more after the jump] to this email. Additional images can be found through the link located at the bottom of the Kickstarter project page. Please let me know if I can answer any questions that you might have. I look forward to your reply!

    I’m definitely interested!

  2. avatar Ralph says:

Call me when they can print Salma Hayek.

    1. avatar g says:

Call me when they can 3D print Salma Hayek.

There, fixed that for ya, Ralph. 😉

  3. avatar maiko says:

mistakenly thought these were blueprints for 3D printing

    1. avatar Excedrine says:

Oh, just give that time. They will follow soon enough. The genie is already out of the bottle, and there’s no calling it back.

  4. avatar Tom says:

This is one of those “Why didn’t I think off that?” moments!

    Fantastic project!

  5. avatar Jeh says:

Damn Colt and their unbelievably high prices, I want a Python.

    1. avatar Quinn says:

I just lucked into a 1971 4″ python thats like new for $600. Sometimes people just dont realize what they have

      1. avatar miserylovescompany says:

We hate you and your luck. That is all.

      2. avatar Tom in Oregon says:

I gotta talk my brother out of his. Only problem is he knows what it’s worth.
A python is right at the top of my list.

        1. avatar Quinn says:

While Im a firm believer that a firearm is a tool and should be treated as such, the Python will be safely tucked away, only to be taken out, admired, and shot on special occasions.

  6. avatar Anonymous says:

I understand it is for a poster on the wall right?

I would be more interested if it was a book with all dimensions of the components.

    Or a downloadable CAD

  7. avatar tron says:

Is it me, or do these photos look slightly cartoony? They don’t seem actual dimensions.

    1. avatar Scott says:

They do look a little cartoonish. I was one of the supporters on his first kickstarter project. They were poorly printed on magazine quality paper and the 1911 one I have even has an error on it.
