Sarah Palin: “Violence Is Not the Answer” So What Was the Question?

“We know violence isn’t the answer,” former Alaska governor and current political provacateur Sarah Palin said on Friday. “When we take up our arms, we’re talking about our vote.” Sure, that makes sense. You do know, of course, that Ms. Palin made this clarification after Tweeting her supporters to “RELOAD” their opposition to Democratic initiatives after Obamacare passed. And posting a map on her Facebook page with gun sights telling them where they should train their, uh, interest. “This B.S. coming from the lamestream media lately about us inciting violence, don’t let the conversation be subverted, don’t let a conversation like that get you off track.” It is perhaps, Palin who is now off track. Maybe even off the rails. Dare I say Ms. Palin may have shot herself in the foot? I mean, when fellow Rhode Islander and straw man woman conservative spokesmodel Elizabeth Hasselbeck calls your comments “despicable,” it’s time for a clever politician to hunt from a helicopter, get someone to give them a rifle or secure federal money for the world’s largest gun park. Or something along those lines. And yes Jeff, the image is still there.
