Not all docs knock GLOCKs. Doc Locke packs his GLOCK — a G43 — under his scrubs. As he writes, This is my standard minimalist daily carry. In scrubs (with cargo pockets) everything fits nicely. Pistol usually ankle carry due to wardrobe limitations. Not shown is a RATS tourniquet that I carry in the mag […]
3Prcntr is particular about his EDC gear. You can tell by the work he’s done to his G43. Not satisfied with the stock GLOCK, he’s replaced the 43’s trigger, added night sights, swapped out the mag release and had it stippled. He’s even made his own Kydex holster. How have you customized your EDC gun? […]

That’s the kind of job where you’d need a slim, light singlestack 9mm to keep things comfortable. A pistol just like the GLOCK 43. And some Field […]
My GLOCK 43 doesn’t show quite as much wear as this one, but it’s getting there. EDFX, clearly not satisfied with “perfection,” has swapped out the barrel, the trigger and given the grip a nice stippling job. And while we can’t tell from the photo, we wouldn’t be surprised if he’s replaced the sights, too.

Most gun guys and gals have two different rigs for those very different circumstances. But while one tool for two jobs sometimes means it does neither one […]
The bare minimum. There’s lots to be said for carrying less gear, but carefully selecting it so maximize its utility while minimizing drag. That appears to be Will Duncan’s credo with a light, stealthy, reliable GLOCK 43 a Spyderco blade, a watch and a light. Come to think of it, this looks suspiciously like my […]
