Packing while working out isn’t easy. Depending how you choose to work up a sweat (it’s easier while riding a bike than, say, during a crossfit session, never mind swimming), carrying even a pocket pistol can be cumbersome, uncomfortable, and restricive. Still, there are those who simply won’t be without some form of ballistic protection no matter what they’re doing. Do you carry during cardio? Pack during pilates? If so, how?
