Everyday Carry Pocket Dump of the Day – Chad Von Lind

Ah, we love us some revolvers for EDC. Chad likes to roll with an upscale TALO SP101 in what looks like a DeSantis Speed Scabbard (sadly, he doesn’t specify). Check out all of his brassy gear at Everyday Carry . . .

    I prefer DeSantis

    Someone likes brass… a lot.

A wheel gun with no reloads. Someone thinks they’re Jerry Miculek.

    1. avatar MintMar says:

Well, he definitely hopes for some assistance from the old Gods – maybe they make him Miculek for a few seconds…. Or not. One way or another, one can’t get to Valhalla alive. 🙂

  3. avatar DickDanger says:

Lovin’ the SP101. I was my EDC before I upgraded to an auto. One question, though: are you worried that pocket and holster ware will damage the ingraving?

  4. avatar strych9 says:

A wheel gun with no reloads… is that you Mr. Miculek?

Oh, and someone’s a huge fan of brass.

    1. avatar MLee says:

I bet he has a set of brass…..oh never mind.

You got a pretty good laugh out of me. Well played.

I think I’m starting to understand the skinny jeans thing now – the tightness helps keep your pants up under such heavy load.

  6. avatar MAC][ says:

Hey, that’s some sweet look’n brass!

  7. avatar formerwaterwalker says:

    Wow-retro AND hipster simultaneously carried!

  8. avatar me says:

Personally, one of the more eye catching I’ve seen here, i like it!

  9. avatar Brick says:

    Hey, cool!

If he gets into a “situation” he can roll for initiative.

    1. avatar Flynn says:

Too bad its only two D6s, he has a very low probability of rolling high enough for a first strike. What he needs is a solid brass D20

  10. avatar Kyle says:

Now that is a nice layout!

  11. avatar Specialist38 says:

    Wheel guns are real guns.

    Carry on.

  12. avatar James69 says:

    Sexy wheelgun!

  13. avatar Timmy! says:

I like the little Mjolnir on the end of the lanyard. My question is, “At what New Orleans whorehouse is he a pimp?” because that engraved gun is just crying out for Patton’s “Pearl Handles.” I kid! I kid! I like the wheel gun, really.

    1. avatar MintMar says:

      Patton was for ivory.
