Vitaly Kryuchin: If Miculek, Zero, and Hollywood Had a Baby . . .

Dual wield like an action hero? Shoot from the hip to win? Okay, seriously, this is just plain impressive. I’m guessing Vitaly’s current subscriber count of 634 is going to expand exponentially. Soon. And it should. Check out his channel here, and his most recent video above.   h/t LostLamb

Sights? We don’t need no steenkin’ sights! He seems to shoot instinctively just like Jelly Bryce of old. He seems incapable of missing his shots. Just like a musician with perfect pitch. I think I hate him.

  2. avatar Bruce L. says:

OK, I’m impressed. No, that’s wrong. I’m very impressed. And I want his range. And did I mention, I’m very impressed.

    1. He moves like Robocop.

  3. avatar jwtaylor says:

    Jesus, I suck.

    1. avatar Tom in Oregon says:

      JWT,
      Start shooting speed steel matches.
      You’ll suck less…

    2. avatar mk10108 says:

      I resemble that remark!

  4. avatar actionphysicalman says:

Who is Zero? BTW – I could do that and with much bigger plates too.

    1. avatar Badgerman says:

His plates maybe a little bigger, but alot of his groups are pretty small for what he is doing.

    2. avatar Taylor TX says:

Inspector Zero err uhh I mean Instructor. Hes a youtube operator who gained that ever so sweet internet fame.

  5. avatar Lucas D. says:

Tune in next time for more Pappy Yokum: Gunslinger!

Seriously, though, this dude is really, really good.

  6. avatar John Fritz - HMFIC says:

I’m all proud of myself when I stand there for a bit, take a shot and hear one ping.

    Rinse, repeat.

    I’m impressed.

  7. avatar ThomasR says:

    Hmm, Two Gun Mojo.

And here I thought it was just a science fiction story.

Hopefully the worm hole traveling space aliens aren’t real.

    1. avatar Jeremy S says:

      I’m not saying he’s an alien… but…

      …he’s an alien.

      1. avatar jsallison says:

Didn’t comb your hair today, didya?

  8. avatar Mark says:

Makes ya wonder what he’s capable of if he used the sights.

    1. avatar Jeremy S says:

In some of his other videos — the “Dreams” one is good — he shoots normally. He’s very quick and accurate and has an impeccable two-handed, thumbs-forward, extra-high grip.

  9. avatar Bob says:

Even at this speed, his trigger discipline is impeccable.

    1. avatar Mark says:

I noticed that too. He gets his finger off the trigger as quickly as he gets it on.

  10. avatar Out_Fang_Thief says:

    Front end loader…..check.
    A remote property….check.
    180+ degrees of shoot-m-up….schwiiing!

Anyone happen to know where one of these is?

  11. avatar Mack Bolan says:

Point shooting…so easy even a vodka swilling 79 year old commie can do it!

    Some insane skill there.

  12. avatar OneOfTheGoodGuys says:

Let’s hope this guy never runs out of his Prozac prescription. If he went off the mental deep end and became an active shooter … he could slaughter a whole town!

    1. avatar LostLamb says:

So what you’re saying is that all gun owners are a pill short of going full crazy? That’s what your statement sounds like…

      1. avatar OneOfTheGoodGuys says:

Sorry didn’t mean to give that impression.

  13. avatar Lurker_of_lurkiness says:

    >A rolliking buddy comedy staring an American (Jerry Miculek) and a Russian (Vitaly K) as they set off to free the people of true korea from their oppressor (kim {that is totally not a girl’s name} jong un)!

  14. avatar Anonymous says:

I noticed he was wearing hearing aids. Seems he’s had plenty of practice.

    1. avatar OneOfTheGoodGuys says:

Did you see that kid speed loading his mags? I’d go broke buying enough ammo to even TRY to keep up with this guy!

  15. avatar Former Water Walker says:

Dang he’s great. As someone who sucks with his left hand I approve. Jerry M. had a baby-Lena may end up better than pops…Ill check out his channel.

  16. avatar Pantera Vazquez says:

    Definition of marksmanship monster……….

  17. avatar int19h says:

Hmm… so that whole notion of some gunfighters of old shooting accurately from the hip quickly and accurately with both hands might not be so far fetched after all? I mean, if there’s one guy with a talent that can be honed with practice to this level, surely there are (or were) more…

    1. avatar Former Water Walker says:

Yeah Mythbusters debunked that-methinks the boys just weren’t very good.BTW I checked out his so-called channel-nowhere do I see a join button or # of subscribers…

      1. avatar Jeremy S says:

It’s identical to every other YouTube channel 😛 “subscribe” should be near the top right under the photo banner and right now it likely shows how many people are already subbing: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCinUprQc_tOIp2X2IiJWyBg/feed

    2. avatar Geoff PR says:

“I mean, if there’s one guy with a talent that can be honed with practice to this level, surely there are (or were) more…”

      Makes sense.

Someone awhile back commented about Amy Whinhouse: (paraphrasing) “Winehouse is equal parts raw talent, sex kitten, and zero impulse control.”

This guy’s muscle memory is flat amazing. Provided the coaching (and he may well be self-taught there) and likely over 1,000 rounds a day ammunition DAILY, yeah, it’s conceivable.

If he wanted, he could probably make a fortune training others to do that.

If he ever decided to get into 3-gun he would be a monster with the way he can move and shoot…

  18. avatar Bill Kohnke says:

Those are awfully long ranges to engage targets with point shooting techniques such as ‘Quick Kill’ or “Quick Fire”. Perhaps the shooter is using an alternate form of aiming that involves triangulation. This is how many people shoot pistols at extreme ranges (more like mortar fire). Perhaps he is using an inverted form of this technique to aim. It is impressive (and well beyond my skill level), but still slower than Jerry Miculek, Bob Munden, Bill Jordan, and the granddaddy of fast and fancy shooting, Ed McGivern – just to name a few. And they managed it with SA and DA revolvers, which McGivern proved he could shoot faster than a semiauto pistol.

  19. avatar Pete S. says:

After watching this video, I need to bring more guys, when I go to collect that gambling debt from Vitaly.

  20. avatar David says:

Wish I had the range, time and money to be able to practice all day , very awesome!

  21. avatar mark s. says:

Go back and watch the video again , at the 2 hour and 13 second mark you can get a glimpse of my shadow with my mini 14 lurking over his shoulder . Did you guys really believe he was doing that ? You probably think Muslims flew planes into the TT too . Wow , video can be soooo deceptive .
…………Just kidding ………. That will definitely motivate me to practice more .
Yes , Muslim assholes did fly planes into the TT and the Pentagon .

  22. avatar Cj says:

    Once again: “beware old guys.”

  23. avatar bontai joe says:

Holy SMOKES!!! That guy is beyond good. And he seems comfortable with any and all of the shots he attempted. He is definitely in the most elite class of shooters to be able to do what he does.
