Sgt. Ron King Tells His Side of the Trayvon Martin Target Story

Sgt. Ron King was fired last week from the Port Canaveral, Florida police force for bringing two Trayvon Martin-style hoodie targets to a department training session. As Port Canaveral interim CEO John Walsh told in explaining the reason for King’s dismissal, “Whether his act was hatred or stupidity, none is tolerable.” But King isn’t going down without a fight. He’s taken to YouTube and posted an explanation of his side of the story (spoiler alert: he said he was using it as a no-shoot example). Is that good enough for you?
