Click here for the indictment against Manuel Osorio-Arellanes, accused of murder in the second degree of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, with guns enabled by the ATF as part of their disgraced initiative Operation Fast and Furious. Specifically, “two 7.62 X 39mm Romanian assault rifles, MODEL GP WASR 10/63” with twenty-five rounds of ammunition. And get this: the illegal possession of arms part of the indictment cites the fact that the rifles “were [illegally] previously shipped and transported into the State of Arizona from another state or foreign country.” Gee, I wonder how that happened. And look, there’s U.S. Attorney Dennis K. Burke’s signature on the indictment. And what’s on his website on the day Osario-Arellanes’ indictment was unsealed? Yuma Donut Shop Owner Indicted For Failing To Pay Overtime. I wonder why Burke didn’t want to highlight his involvement in this case?

  1. Were the rifles actually involved in the ATF fiasco? There seems to be an effort to link them but no proof.
