May was quite a month for Team Hornady. Hornady pistolero Max Michel won the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) Area 4 Championship in Bossier City, Louisiana. A week later, Hornady’s Doug Koenig scooped first place at the 2010 NRA Bianchi Cup National Action Pistol Championships. Koenig topped the tables with a perfect score of 1920-179x in the Open Division and aced the optional Speed Event. Teammate Jessie Abbate also scooped a first place finish. All three shooters fired Hornady XTP ammo from Smith & Wesson 38 Supers. Seventeen-year old Grand Master Nic Neel finished third overall at the USPSA Area 4 match, shooting handloaded 125 gr Hornady® HAP bullets in his Infinity IMM. And the hits keep happening . . .

Team Hornady’s Tony Gimmellie won the Oregon Sniper Challenge at the Douglas Ridge Rifle Club in Eagle Creek Oregon firing Hornady® 6.5 Creedmoor 120 gr Match ammo.

Team Hornady member Barry Dueck kicked A at the Tactical Optics Heavy division FNH Midwest 3 Gun Championships at the Fire For Effect Range in Fayette. Barry won the event shootingt Hornady® TAP FPD 110 gr 308 Winchester [above] and 9mm XTP bullets from his STI.
