I love hearing stories like this. The sad thing is, as a news story it’s a none event. In the eyes of the media nothing happened.

It’s so sad that situations like this, where someone prevents violence or crime by simply carrying probably happen much more then anyone realizes. But the only news stories reported are when some idiot leaves a gun sitting next to the cheerios and their kid shoots a friend.

Thank you so much for the story. What a brilliant example of the 2nd ammendment in action. I have recently returned from overseas (living in Europe) and have purchased a Taurus92. I am applying for my carry permit this month. After which, I will be carrying pretty much everywhere I go.

I LOVE IT!!!! Today is the first day I've visited this site and I am now hooked on learning more. I have also visited my county Probate Courts site ti get a license so that I may have my own firearm. I plan to register or join GCO and continue to follow and learn more.
